FLAIR IS DESIGNED TO:
ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE FLAIR PLATFORM Flair is a new and award winning platform developed in collaboration with our partners at Train Me Fitness. It allows operators, personal trainers and their clients to create, share and access an accurate, non-biased profile of a personal trainer or fitness professional. At its heart is a score assigned to the trainer or professional based on their education, experience and the feedback they receive from clients after training sessions. Flair uses a sophisticated algorithm to aggregate these elements and produce a single number, known as the Flair score. This is displayed as a simple graphic that can be easily understood and trusted by both fitness professionals and clients. The Flair score gives all stakeholders a valuable insight into the trainer’s performance, reassuring operators and customers in their search for high-level fitness professionals.

Active IQ has partnered with Train Me Fitness to launch Flair for the following Active IQ qualifications: »» Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym) »» Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training »» Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training »» Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing »» Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training »» Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training »» Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Personal Training Learners can use the platform to capture and review relevant learning data, before submitting course milestone evidence via smartphone, tablet, PC or laptop, and syncing their progress to Flair. All data can then be viewed in real time by the learner’s assessor, who can review, assess and give feedback. Once a qualification has been completed successfully, learners also receive an uplift in their Flair score.
