A MESSAGE FROM YOUR FOODBANK Dear Friends, Thank you for choosing to spend your evening at Taste of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. On behalf of the staff, volunteers and the Board of Directors of your Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank, we want to welcome and sincerely thank you for your support. Your participation at this event allows us to continue fighting hunger locally. It’s because of you that we’re able to move closer to a thriving community free of hunger. With your continued dedication, your Foodbank helps provide 105,000 meals each day for the individuals and families in our eight-county region struggling with hunger. Fundraising events like Taste of the Pro Football Hall of Fame help the 1 in 7 individuals facing food insecurity by eliminating the difficult choices they must make, like choosing between groceries and medical expenses, transportation or utilities. Tonight, every $1 raised can help provide four meals for a family facing hunger in our community. Your attendance this evening demonstrates your passion for the Foodbank’s hunger-relief efforts – thank you. This event’s success is due to the outstanding leadership of the 2019 event co-chairs, Sue Grabowski and Doug Whittington. A special thank you to these two new leaders who have stepped up to support the Foodbank in a very significant way. We would also like to thank the Pro Football Hall of Fame for hosting us in their beautiful facility, the Gold Jackets who are here with us this evening, and the many participating purveyors who help make this event a success. Thank you for joining us tonight and for making a difference! Kind Regards, Dan Flowers

A MESSAGE FROM THE EVENT CO-CHAIRS Dear Guests, Welcome to the 12th annual Taste of the Pro Football Hall of Fame! We are truly grateful that you have joined us this evening. Your generosity helps support the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank’s hunger-relief efforts. Thank you for making a lasting impact in our community! The Taste Planning Committee has been working diligently the past year planning this evening. It has been an honor to work with such a dedicated group of leaders who care so deeply about the families in our community facing hunger. Thank you to all those volunteers who contributed countless hours to help make this evening a success. This event wouldn’t be possible if not for the generosity of the participating restaurants, breweries and wineries. They not only donated the delicious food items we’ll enjoy tonight, but they have given of their time and talents to be with us. We appreciate their continued support of this event and encourage you to enjoy these establishments year-round. We would also like to extend our gratitude for the generous in-kind and financial donations received from our event sponsors, and for the ongoing support from the Pro Football Hall of Fame. They come together to make this event possible and ensure the money raised helps provide nourishing meals for people in need. This was our first year serving as Taste of the Pro Football Hall of Fame co-chairs, and we were honored to be involved with such an incredible organization committed to tackling hunger in Northeast Ohio. We’re happy to join the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank and Taste of the Pro Football Hall of Fame in our twelfth year at this wonderful event. It’s a great cause that we love supporting. Here at Meeker, we’ve been family owned and operated for more than thirty years, and we love to show off our wines to our friends from Ohio. Next time you’re in Sonoma County, come see us at our tasting room in the 105-year-old bank in Geyserville. There’ll be blues on the stereo and big reds in your glass, and we promise you’ll taste wines you won’t soon forget. Give us a holler at (707) 431-2148, or come see us at 21035 Geyserville Ave. Geyserville, CA 95441.
