Lemon Villa

This unique space has a style of its own. With an indoor pool, born from an old mill, it exudes calm and serenity, as if we were in a private spa.

Villa dos Limões is perfect for a retreat with family or friends, with a cozy living room that invites long gatherings

Set in a lemon tree farm, surrounded by nature and peace. There are horses and ponies on the loose that are completely in tune with the space around them.

Lemon House/ Private pool

Located on a lemon farm, this cozy stone house is the perfect place to relax!

Nature is all around, as is the good energy of the animals, as there are ponies and horses on the loose, in a specific location on the farm, with an electric fence, duly marked, that do not interfere with the dynamics of the house.

Outside you can find a patio with a small private pool.

Lemon Retreat / Bungalow with private pool

Bungalow with private pool, located on a farm in Limoeiros Unique place, where you can enjoy the sounds of nature, and relax in the calmest and most peaceful environment

There are free horses and ponies, in a space on the farm with an electric fence, properly marked, which do not interfere with the guests’ dynamics but add positive energy to the stay.

The Bungalow has a magnificent private pool, with a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, and small living room. To get to the bungalow, there is a dirt road of approximately 200 meters, inside the farm

The Villa Pedra Natural Houses project brought the old Aldeia de Cima to life in Cotas – Soure, 28km from Coimbra, in ruins and abandoned for more than 80 years.

The natural environment and the extensive landscapes in which it is involved awakened in its current owners the desire to revive it for the new generations.

Thus, house by house, the village gained life and an identity very unique, offering its visitors a trip to the rural world, to the customs and traditions of the past, at the same time marked by comfort and refinement of our times.

The work carried out respected the spirit of the region and the traditional techniques of construction, conserving the ecological and aesthetic basis, thus guaranteeing absolute comfort throughout all seasons of the year.

Open to the public since 2009, it currently has 11 Villas recovered, of different types, all of them with access to an outdoor space private

The villas adapt to all family variables, with names of trees and aromatic herbs found in its private gardens –Jasmin, Rosemary, Cherry, Lemon, Nesper – demonstrating individuality and personality of each home, while maintaining comfort and privacy.

The 11 villas have a common garden in addition to the private ones in each house and a chill-out area, which invites you to sunbathe.

The swimming pool is an excellent alternative to hot summer days, as opposed to the heat of the fireplaces in winter. It includes amenities such as cable television, internet, air conditioning, central heating and fully equipped kitchens, which allow the preparation of complete meals. It can include breakfast, with no time restrictions, where bread baked in a wood-fired oven is delivered along with local products.

Customers can also enjoy the village’s common garden, a element of fun for children and rest for parents

The chill-out, a wooden structure strategically positioned on the top of a hill, offers a panoramic view over the area and provides moments of relaxation and alienation from the everyday world

The story begins in the 1960s, when an extensive 80-hectare estate was mainly dedicated to agriculture and cattle breeding

It was in this scenario that José Pereira da Silva and Florinda de Jesus, with their entrepreneurial vision, decided to acquire part of the Estate.

Initially, they chose to explore the land by planting pine trees, olive trees and cork oaks. But it was with the construction of the National Road that the real transformation began.

His grandfather, a visionary and investor, saw the road as an opportunity to diversify the estate's activities and explore rural tourism.

It was in this scenario that António Joaquim Pereira, his father, and António Pereira, his brother, dreamed together and created homes for holiday rentals, which today give way to the residences of Monte da Granja Nova.

Chalet do Lago, in particular, became the jewel in the crown, integrating harmoniously into the estate's rich past and continuing the family project.

For Patrícia Pereira, a young entrepreneur in the tourism sector, Chalet do Lago is more than a commercial venture; It is the realization of a dream shared as a family.

“Without my family’s vision and support, none of this would be possible,” says Patrícia.

"From the beginning, Chalet do Lago was conceived as a family project, with the hope that one day my brothers will also be part of it."

As the cradle of the Portuguese nation, Guimarães boasts a rich cultural and architectural heritage that is worth visiting.

The HAGAH apartments, managed by Rudimar and Samuel, are the result of Luís Rosa’s vision, who from the beginning recognized the building’s tourist potential.

Over the course of approximately 4/5 years, the works were carefully carried out by the company Silverline, which contributed to every detail and to overcoming bureaucracy.

The choice of the name “HAGAH” came from Rudimar Rosa and Dany Beça, reflecting the aspiration to integrate modernism into the rich History of Guimarães, preserving the city’s distinct characteristics.

Luís Rosa, born in Olalhas-Tomar and resident in Angola for 35 years, who, maintaining his Portuguese roots, identified a promising investment opportunity in Guimarães.

With three floors, the building has six apartments, one of which is a T2 with two terraces, barbecue and a section dedicated to children.

The rest are T0, with an open space kitchen and living room, a bedroom and bathroom.

The accommodations were designed to be comfortable and practical, with modern and cozy elements.

Each apartment was named after a symbol of Guimarães, such as Paço do Duque, Penha, Largo do Toural, the Castle, Largo Oliveira and Praça Santiago.

In the middle of the Serra de Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park, 1h15 from Lisbon, these country houses have a stunning view over the Polge de Mira-Minde and the Serra de Santo António.

The villas share the same garden, heated pool (from April to October), barbecue and have all the amenities for an unforgettable stay, in full communion with nature.

Built in the early 1950s, the two houses are part of a neighborhood with eight residences, originally built to house workers in the wool factories that, in times past, supported the economic activity of the inhabitants of Vila de Mira de Aire.

New life has now been given to these houses with the aim of converting vacant homes into welcoming and comfortable spaces with all amenities.

And all this is accessed by an elegant cypress-lined entrance, between vineyards rigorously traced and laid out

The four main houses seem to form a village that leads to a common square. A Minho manor house, a large house with a chapel and inner courtyard, a schist house with an iron chimney where hops were dried and a house that was once a harvest warehouse.

The Quinta and its houses still preserve the marks of time and activities and the functions that a working farm in Minho still has and wants to conserve.

The recovery of the Quinta started with Casa do Lúpulo and Casa das Colheitas and a generously-sized outdoor swimming pool heated to 30 degrees.

Casa do Lúpulo has seven rooms, three of them suites with bedroom and living room, a kitchen and a large living and dining room for breakfast and light meals

The second house that we have been renovating, Casa das Colheitas, will serve as support facility for our guests, for wine tasting, handicraft and cooking workshops and for events held on the Quinta such as weddings, christenings, birthday parties, team buildings, exhibitions, and other activities.

Pride in a living past

In 2017, as the result of several fatherdaughter conversations, the dream began to come to life and take shape the plan to transform Quinta de Codeçosa into an agritourism facility.

Francisco Rosa and his daughter Eliana Rosa wanted to share the beauty of their Quinta and its vineyards, and so was born the Terra Rosa Country House & Vineyards.

Eliana, the hostess who will be in charge of Terra Rosa and welcome the guests is also responsible for the recovery project and interior design of Terra Rosa.

Her personal touch can be found everywhere, from the choice of the wood used in the house to the furniture and objects from various corners of the world, collected on her travels and as a result of her connection with the decoration business.

Francisco Rosa’s great passion, his vineyards, comes when he started the project to renovate the farm and implement it vineyards more than 15 years ago

His pioneering vision and economies of scale mindset, with years of dedication and commitment, managed to transform Quinta de Codeçosa into the largest producer of vinho verde of the Ponte Lima Cooperative Winery, as its 50 hectares of vineyard produced 1000 barrels

He is responsible for the development of the vineyards in integrated production and the plantation of most of the existing vines.

Pride in a living past

Quinta de Codeçosa was bought from the Viscounts of Venade in 1948 by António da Silva Rosa and Laura de Araújo Martins, Francisco’s parents. The estate dates back to 1758, which is the date inscribed in its chapel.

António Rosa, with his vision as an industrialist and entrepreneur, soon realised that the land needed to be improved and be made productive. Thus, the work began “with shovel and pick” on the fields of very irregular slope considered impossible for cultivation.

Laura de Araújo Martins made an effort to guarantee the livelihoods of the 7 families living and working on the farm while also ensuring the profitability of the property.

Later, investments were made in apple, with an intensive production system This was followed by the planting of hops, which was planted over 10 hectares, and later vineyards

The farm today has a modern agricultural system that preserves natural resources and has all the regulating mechanisms for high quality production. It contributes to sustainable agriculture with integrated production, giving value to biodiversity and environmental balance.

A Quinta de Codeçosa

The Vineyard and integrated production

The estate’s main production is the vineyard. Its production of about 700 tons of grapes, mainly the Loureiro and Vinhão grape varieties, which correspond to 1000 barrels of wine, is delivered to the Ponte de Lima Cooperative Winery, which takes on the important mission of transforming its fruit.

With its 70 hectares of land, 50 of which are entirely dedicated to the vineyard, it is not surprising that the farm is the largest producer of Adega Cooperativa de Ponte de Lima.

At Quinta da Codeçosa they care about the preservation of natural resources, the regulation of the ecosystem, animal welfare, the promotion of biodiversity, the balance of the nutrient cycle, the preservation and improvement of soil fertility and the demand for the quality of agricultural products.

The vineyards are managed in integrated production, adopting good agricultural practices that guarantee a sustainable balance.

Rooms & Suites

We find the seven rooms of the farm, three of them suites with living room, in Casa do Lúpulo, a house built of schist where the hops used to be dried.

The house has a large iron chimney that was kept because it draws attention to the industrial past and is a way of perpetuating and paying homage to the industrial roots of the Quinta's owners.

The rooms with names inspired by the architectural elements of the farm, invite us to savour the tranquillity of the pace of nature in a symbiosis between the past and the future.

The magnificent property has direct access to the Caniçada dam and the Cávado river.

It consists of four bedrooms two of them with double beds and the rest with two single beds and can accommodate up to eight people

Inside there are two bathrooms, a living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The simplistic luxury decoration fits perfectly with the place where it is located, but has notes that take us to other places White, straw and wood tones convey a lightness that makes us feel at home and above all at peace and harmony with nature.

The large garden with a magnificent swimming pool and views of the magnificent Serra do Gerês landscape is yet another reason to rest and relax.
