(1) 請先放上自動三通閥控制器系統。 Please put on the control system and fasten it.
(2) 電動三通閥與水槽連接 The installation of auto three way valve. (water into machine)

(3) 電動三通閥之電源線與其控制器連接。Connect the wire of auto three way valve. 三通閥 Three way valve
連接時請注意箭頭對箭頭
(4) 排水二通閥與水槽連接
Please pay attention to the direction of arrows.

(5) 請插入安全警示燈
Please put in the warning light.
(6) 將溫度感應棒放入水槽
Put the temperature sensor into water trough.

並將溫度感應棒穿過方形扣環
Put the temperature sensor through the square ring.
請轉緊電纜固定頭，以防電線割傷。 Please fasten the wire bushing to prevent the cutting of temperature sensor wire.
水槽循環泵安裝：將水槽循環泵放至於水槽最底部並固定。Water circulation pump installation: put the pump on the bottom of water trough and make it immovable.
將水槽循環泵電源線穿過水槽的電線孔，插上插頭即可。Pass the wire of water circulation pump, plug in and the installation is done

(7) 排水三通彎頭與二通閥連接

(8) PVC 排水彎管與排水三通彎頭連接
(9) 溢位孔排水管連接
PVC bend pipe and three way drain water bend pipe connection.

(10) 沉水馬達與機組入水管連接 The connection of water pump pipe and water in pipe.
(11) Plug the wire of water pump into the auto three way valve control system box.
(12) 水槽與三通閥組裝完成
The installation of auto three way valve and the water trough is done.

連接排水管即可完成

B. NE-15 使用操作步驟 The operation of NE-15 1. 降溫到常溫操作步驟
Cooling procedure to the room temperature.
將水套升到最上方 Rise the water tank
將桶槽放入 put in the food container
置入前蓋板 put on the front cover
按遙控器下降水套 use the remote control lay down the water tank.

2. 全程自來水冷卻模式（冷卻至常溫）Tap water chilling in the whole cooling process. 請將電動三通閥切換至自來水冷卻模式 Please select tap water chilling mode of the auto three-way valve.
按溫度控制器及電動三通閥控制器的開始鍵開始降溫
溫度到達蜂鳴器響起→按溫度控制及電動三通閥之停止鍵 The beeper alarm when reaches the cooling temperature → please press the off button of temperature and time control system box
水套上升→取出料槽 Rise up the water tank → Take out the food trough
※ 注意，開水之前，調節水流量的閥門必須要打開
Note: before turn on the water, please open the water adjust valve and adjust the water flow.

兩段式循環降溫
Two-stage cooling cycle
100~38 度降溫至常溫與上步驟相同 100 down to 38 degrees cooling steps are the same with page 6. 38~18 度以下的切換步驟 38 degrees to 18 degrees please follow the steps below 1. 確認設定溫度是否為 18 度以下→倒入冰塊到冰水循環槽 Confirm the temperature is 18 degrees Celsius → Poured into the ice to the water cycle trough.
： 2. 雙段式冷卻設定：自來水→冰水（冷卻至 18°C 以下低溫） Two steps chilling mode: Tap water to ice water (the cooling temperature: around 18°C) 請將電動三通閥切換至雙段式進出水模式 Please select two steps chilling mode of the auto three-way valve.
溫度設定低溫→按下沉水泵電源（送冰水循環）→電動三通閥啟動 Temperature setting → Turn on the water pump (to pump the ice water into the machine) → Turn on the auto three way valve
溫度到達蜂鳴器響起→切斷沉水泵電源→按溫度與三通閥控制器停止健。 The beeper alarm when reaches the cooling temperature → Turn off the water pump → Please press the off button of temperature and three way valve control system box - 13 -
3. 全程冰水冷卻模式（冷卻至 18°C 以下）
Ice water chilling in the whole cooling process. (The cooling temperature: around 18°C) 請將電動三通閥切換至全程冰水冷卻模式 Please select ice water chilling mode of the auto three-way valve.
溫度設定低溫→按下沉水泵電源（送冰水循環）→電動三通閥啟動 Temperature setting → Turn on the water pump (to pump the ice water into the machine) → Turn on the auto three way valve
溫度到達蜂鳴器響起→切斷沉水泵電源→按溫度與三通閥控制器停止健。 The beeper alarm when reaches the cooling temperature → Turn off the water pump → Please press the off button of temperature and three way valve control system box

4. 面板功能簡介

到達設定溫度【蜂鳴停止】/ Off button (Buzz stops)
調整設定溫度【上】/ Temperature setting button (Higher)
調整設定溫度【下】/ Temperature setting button (Lower)
調整轉速【快】/ The stirrer speed setting (faster)
調整轉速【慢】/ The stirrer speed setting (slower)
設定溫度: 設定想到達的溫度 降溫溫度: 溫度計取料槽食材之溫度 Temperature Setting: to set the temperature that you would like to reach Cooling temperature: the temperature of the food trough - 15 -

5. 清洗時記得切換至污水排放管
Turn on the drain pipe valve when cleaning.
6. 開啟沉水馬達。(注意，開啟沉水馬達之前，記得倒入 1/2 的水，這樣沉水馬達才抽的到冰水)
Turn on the pump.(Note: Before turn on the pump, half trough of water is needed in the water trough. So there would be no problems when pumping)
C. NE-15 簡易故障排除 NE-15 Simple Breakdown Resolve 1. 機組無法升降檢查： The water tank stop moving up and down, please check the situations below: (1) 檢查機組電源線是否有插，是否有按下延長線開關。 Check the connection of the plug or the power button of the extended line.

(2) 檢查遙控器接線和升降桿接線是否脫落。 Check the connect wire of the remote control and the power wire of the lifting control bar.
(3) 檢查遙控器押上升下降時是否有綠燈有亮 Check the green light of the remote control is on, if not. It would be broken.
(4) 押遙控器上升或下降時馬達有雜音但不會作動（為故障請聯絡辰光） When using the remote control, the motor of the lift control bar has noise and the water tank doesn’t move. And the motor of the lift control bar is broken, please contact Sunshine Energy Technology.
2. 攪拌溫度型故障檢查： Exam the breakdown of the stirrer: (1) 面板溫度顯示完全沒亮 Check the temperature control box. If the box doesn’t show the temperature, it could be broken.
檢查電源線是否脫落，延長線開關是否開。 Check the connection of the plug or the power button of the extended line.

檢查控制盒開關是否開啟。 Check the power button of the stirrer speed control box (the box fabricates with the stirrer).
(2) 攪拌馬達不會運轉檢查設定溫度是否低於冷卻溫度（綠色字比紅色字低將無法啟動） If the stirrer doesn’t work, please check the target time. When the target time shows lower than the beverage/ sauce temperature, the control box would not work.
