NE-30 使用操作步驟 降溫到常溫操作步驟 1.
NE-30 Cooling Process Indication Cooling down to the room temperature
將水套升到最上方→使用小型油壓板車將料槽移動至機組內→置入前蓋板→按遙控器下 降水套
Use the remote control to raise the water tank→ Take out the gate door → Use forklift to move the food container → Put in the food container →And put the gate door back.

請將台車上升至與機組轉盤同高
Please raise the food container to the same height with the
machine turntable.
請踩下輪子止煞裝置以防板車滑動 Please use the skid to prevent the movement of the forklift.

將料槽平移至機組內
Move the food container into the machine.
請將料槽移動至最內部 Move the container into the most inner side of the machine

掀開料槽蓋
Take off the cover of the food container
置入前蓋板 Put the gate door back
移開板車

設定目標冷卻溫度，及攪拌速度

4 冷卻溫度設定 按
To set the temperature 調整冷卻溫度，溫度會顯示在左側，為綠色數字 to adjust the target temperature. The temperature will show in the left column in

green. 左側紅色數字為目前食材的溫度。Numbers in red indicates the current food temperature.
攪拌速度設定 按
To set the stir speed: 調整攪拌速度，攪拌速度會顯示在按鈕上方，共有六個燈。

(注意，開水之前，調節水流量的閥門必須要打開) Notice: please remember to open the water adjust valve.

冷卻進出水控制三通閥設定，共有三種模式。詳細設定請參閱附件 2。 Chilling water switch controller offers 3 different chilling modes. Refer to annex 2 for more details.

開啟水源後，即開始冷卻流程 Turn on water and begins the chilling process. 冷卻結束後，請關閉溫控攪拌器、三通閥控制器 After chilling is completed, turn off all the electronic control panels, the temperature and stir speed controller and auto chilling water switch controller.
