Payment Plans The Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Plans provide an opportunity to make equal monthly payments for WSPR Annual Passes, L.I.F.E. Annual Passes, Family 6 Month, and Regional Annual Passes. Payment plans require a non-refundable $25 administration fee. Payments are made by authorizing automatic transfer of payments from a chequing account at a Canadian bank or charged to a valid credit card. All dishonoured payments (bank or credit card) are subject to a $25 service charge that will be added to your recreation account and may prevent future transactions until paid.
