CHARITABLE GIVING THIS SEASON

Donate a warm coat, socks, gloves, and scarves to Chelan Valley Hope at various locations, including the Chelan Fire Department, Manson Fire Department, Eagles, Living Stone Church, North Shore Bible Church and the Church of the Nazarene this winter.

Manger Mall provides gifts for hundreds of kids annually during the holiday season. Register a child online by November 30th. This year’s Manger Mall will be held at North Shore Bible Church on Saturday, December 10th. There will be two sessions: 9am-12pm and 4:30-5:30pm.

Support the Chelan Valley community by donating items toward our food drive at Alta Cellars and Succession Wines through November 30th. Make a donation and receive $5 off your purchase in the tasting room.

The Whaley General Store will feature the Heritage Heights Giving Tree through December 20th. Proceeds to support Heritage Heights residents.

Tipsy Canyon Winery will be featuring a Tipsy Tree Town featuring trees sponsored by local businesses. Vote or bid on your favorite tree; proceeds support the Chelan Valley Housing Trust.

The Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce will host the Festival of Trees, which supports non-profits Thrive Chelan Valley, Chelan Valley Hope, Chelan Food Bank, Senior Center, and Manger Mall December 2-20th.

Fielding Hills Winery will showcase a local organization each Saturday in December, including Lake Chelan Rotary 911 Glass Rescue, Wenatchee Follies Guild and Children’s Foundation, and the Chelan Valley Housing Trust. They are also featuring a Holiday Bundle, and $20 will be donated to the Lake Chelan Food Bank from each purchase.

For every Holiday Collection sold this season, Cairdeas Winery will donate $15 towards gift certificates for our local Manger Mall, brightening the holidays for kids in the Lake Chelan Valley. Or you can donate $5 and decorate an ornament to put on the tree!

Moonpenny will be releasing a knitted ‘Chelan’ sweater in December, designed in multiple colors, including a color called ‘Goat Green’. 20% of the sales of the Goat Green will be donated to the Lake Chelan School District curriculum fund as an ongoing donation.
