COMMUNITY NEWS MIKE BAILEY HAPPY NEW YEAR HIGHLANDS RANCH Dear Highlands Ranch Residents, Over the past year, we were able to design and complete many projects and initiatives. The locker room renovation project at Eastridge provided an updated space for all our members to enjoy, and we are lucky to continue to have refreshed state-of-the-art facilities. In 2024, we are dreaming big! Our Board and Delegate approved projects include a new shade structure at Northridge and an outdoor pavilion at Southridge. We will also provide many updates to each facility during our closure weeks, which is always used as a time to ensure our member experience remains at the forefront of what we do. A few things I am excited to share in the upcoming year with you are highlighted below. Events and Activities: In 2023, HRCA successfully hosted over 90 events, and we look forward to hitting this milestone again in 2024. Events are gearing up for an increase in participants, so register early! Programs: HRCA offers over 800 classes throughout the year. Our Preschool, Backcountry, Sports, Fitness, Aquatics, and Race Series ended on a high note! I hope you all can take the time to participate in some of our offerings this year. Volunteer Opportunities: If you are looking for ways to get involved in your community through volunteerism, HRCA has opportunities! In March, our Delegates will elect three Board Members to serve on the five-member Board. Delegate positions will also be open. Delegates represent the different subdivisions throughout Highlands Ranch. Delegates attend a monthly meeting to be informed about community issues and vote on various governing documents. The homeowners in each subdivision elect delegates. More information about volunteer opportunities and the election process are available on our website at HRCAonline.org/Leadership.

THANK YOU TO OUR OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY PARTNERS Without the support of our incredible community partners, we would not be able to hold the exciting communtiy events that you enjoy each year, such as the Summer Concert Series, Oktoberfest, Highlands Ranch Pioneer Days, Easter Egg Hunt, Beer Fest, Princess Teas, and so many more. These businesses have made a huge commitment to our community, and we encourage you to support them! THANK YOU TO OUR PARTNERS: UCHealth Skyridge Medical Center South Denver Cardiology Vitalant Wind Crest Winzenburg Leff Purvis & Payne LLP Children's Hospital Tutor Doctor Grace Presbyterian Colorado Kids Pediatric

Wishing you a 2024 filled with health and prosperity.
