Welcome to the Redgrave Theatre As we fast approach the end of 2023, there’s still time to catch this year’s hair-raising Pantomime Rapunzel, full of sparkle and fun for all the family to enjoy this Christmas! Moving into the New Year, we have an exciting lineup of shows on offer, highlights include comedy from Miles Jupp, Rosie Holt and The Comedy Store Players. Music from the Dreamcoat Stars and The Big Country Music Show. Along with storytime favourites The Gruffalo’s Child, Charlie Cook’s Favourite Book and we’ll be celebrating with Spot’s Birthday Party. Talks from footballing icon Sir Geoff Hurst and extreme MTB adventurer Hans Rey. One sunny day he suddenly suffered a brain seizure. Which led to a discovery of a tumour the size of a cherry tomato, this experience left him with a story to tell and a few things that he’d like to share with the room. The Comedy Store

Expect an evening of jaw-dropping magic and laugh-out-loud comedy. TrikTok takes Pete’s magic from the small screen to the stage and gives audiences a chance to see his critically acclaimed magical skills in the flesh. Magic 11+

Big wall free solo climbing remains an area of the sport that climbers and public are yet to wrap their heads around. Pete explores the art of free solo climbing taking you on a journey of where soloing started out for him, right up to his 800m big wall free solo of Kjerag in Norway. Talk 12+

The Comedy Store Players An improvised show from the stars of ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway’. The resident Improv troupe from the most famous comedy club in the world, The Comedy Store Players have been delighting audiences for over 30 years. Grease

In these supercharged socio-political times the challenge is more and more becoming separating what’s true and what’s real. Lucille Hunter proudly proclaimed “It’s easy to see through s*** the hard part is pretending you haven’t.”

The 1950s high school dream is about to explode in this rollicking musical that is both an homage to the idealism of the fifties and a satire of high schoolers’ age-old desire to be provocative and rebellious. Children All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. Children under 24 months do not require a ticket but must be held on a person’s lap or in their arms comfortably throughout the performance. Children over 24 months require a purchased ticket. Baby changing facilities and pram storage are available.

Companion Our policy allows customers who require assistance a free ticket so that they can bring a companion with them at no additional cost. The companion must be able to help the person with needs access the theatre and its facilities, remaining with them to ensure their wellbeing and comfort. All tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and are at the sole discretion of theatre management. Access The main access to the auditorium is via two staircases, however we do have ground level access to the auditorium for wheelchair users. To access this please ask a member of staff at the Box Office upon arrival to the theatre. A disabled toilet is accessible in the foyer via a ramp at the front of the theatre.

Parking Free on-street parking nearby after 5pm Monday to Friday and on weekends. Outside these hours operate a pay and display system operated by Bristol City Council. Disabled Badge Holders may park their vehicles on the double yellow lines in front of the theatre. We have three bike racks outside the front of the theatre for customer use.

Ticket Prices, Fees & Insurance Based on the popularity of a production, ticket prices and offers can change at any point during the on sale period. Tickets are non refundable unless of show cancellation. All tickets sold online and over the phone are subject to an additional booking fee of £1.25 per ticket. If you book in person at the box office there is no additional charge. If you wish to add ticket insurance to your booking you can purchase this at £1.75 per ticket. Refund Policy The Redgrave theatre will not exchange or refund tickets except for the unlikely occurrence of an event being cancelled. When this is the case the refunded amount will be for the face value of the ticket only. In the event of a show being rescheduled your tickets will automatically be moved to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you can apply for a refund for the tickets up to one month after the show has been rescheduled. By purchasing ticket insurance, Secure My Booking, it doesn’t necessarily mean you are automatically entitled to a refund. A request needs to be submitted directly through their website and a case needs to be open and investigated before a refund of any kind can be given. We are currently not offering to re-sell tickets to sold out shows.
