Time Off

As a Cerner Enviza associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Associates are eligible for 25 paid days of vacation per vacation year, with additional days earned based off years of continual full-time service to a maximum of 30 days. Vacation days are accrued monthly at a prorated rate concurrent with months from January 1st through December 31st. Vacation accrued from the previous year will be front loaded on January 1 the following year.

In addition to Annual Leave, eligible associates are granted Réduction du Temps de Travail (RTT) days each year.

Illness

Cerner Enviza time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eligible associates:

• The first three days of absence are paid by Cerner Enviza. • Associates with 1 to 5 years’ seniority receive 100% gross remuneration the first month and 80% of their gross remuneration for the 2 following months. • After 5 years seniority associates receive 100% gross remuneration the first 2 months and 80% the next month.

Holiday

Cerner Enviza recognizes the standard public holidays each year when the office will be closed. There are additional specific days for Enviza France provided, and they are listed on the Enviza France time off policy.
