Healthe at Cerner offers a variety of programs, tools and resources to help you be proactive in your health and overall well-being, including: • Online wellness classes and webinars. • On-demand Serenity Sessions and Mindful Minutes for guided mindfulness and meditation. • Mental well-being programming through THRIVE, featuring education and resources on topics such as stress management, resilience, sleep, flexible thinking, suicide awareness and more. • Well-Being Connect for virtual fitness, mobility and wellness classes, mindfulness, blogs and other on-demand classes and activities. • Comprehensive support through My Life Resources, Cerner’s Associate Assistance Program, including access to therapy services, financial and legal consultation, research and referral services, tobacco cessation support and more. Physical Well-being Highlights

On-Demand Fitness

Cerner provides associates easy access to over 100 different fitness class options using an ondemand fitness app. All classes are available at no cost to associates and eligible dependents and can be done anytime, anywhere. Classes range from Bootcamp to Barre, Strength Training to Stretching, Mobility, Meditation, and more. Once connected, search the app for classes based on format, length, instructor, level or language.

Musculoskeletal Health

Cerner offers a variety of programs and services designed to help you manage your musculoskeletal health and enable you to move with more comfort and ease. We use a movement-based treatment approach to improve joint health, mitigate injury and enhance performance. One of these programs, Build Better Joints, is completely virtual in design and guides associates through eight weeks of mobility routines and curated educational resources. With courses specific to the neck and shoulders, lower back and knee, Build Better Joints can be your first step to a more active, pain-free life.
