Cerner Enviza encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for athletic club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed monthly fees up to an annual maximum of 695 SGD.

• Schedule Benefit per disability Room & Board – Standard Single Private Room Miscellaneous charges / Surgical Fee / Doctor’s in-house visit - SGD 25,000 per disability Pre & post hospitalisation – SGD 2,000 per disability
Outpatient Kidney Dialysis / Cancer treatment – SGD 15,000 annual limit Singapore Government / Restructured Hospital – SGD 25,000 per disability
