Dental Reimbursement Policy for Cerner Enviza applies to all associates employed by Cerner Enviza. This program is available to you and your dependents to assist with costs related to diagnostic and preventive dental care which includes: • All Full Time and Part Time associates working more than 20 hours per week will be eligible

• Reimbursement up to 360 SGD

• Preventive dental care, filling, composites and sealants

• Other services, including major dental care are subject to approval
