Eligibility : - Shall be at least 18 years of age. Basic knowledge requirements: * Applicant shall demonstrate, by examination, a level of knowledge in the appropriate modules. * The basic knowledge examination shall be conducted by a training organization appropriately approved under Part 147 or by the competent authority.
