I was driving home with my roommate and gave her permission to drive back since i cant see well at night. And on our way home another driver slammed into my car. Both the other driver and my roommate and I pulled over and the other driver admitted she was at fault and that she would pay for all the damages to my car. Will my insurance still go up even though i wasn't at fault and the other driver is offering to pay all the damages through her insurance?
