Marty Warren

With over 30 years as a residential Realtor, Marty is truly an expert in Davidson and Williamson Counties. In fact, Marty and his wife Nancy have owned homes in the most desirable areas and unique neighborhoods within the cities of Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin.

Marty is well–known for his “eagle eye” when working with the details that really matter and shares with all an honest approach you can trust. He is an excellent negotiator and has a stellar reputation as a true expert within the real estate community.

Marty graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Williamson County Association of Realtors.

His professional designations include Broker, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and he is an Awards of Excellence Lifetime Member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors.

Although real estate keeps him very busy, Marty enjoys spending time with his wonderful family, traveling, running, and entertaining.

Nancy has been in the real estate business for over 30 years and a resident of the Nashville area for over 45 years. She and her husband Marty formed one of the first branded real estate partnerships in the area back in the late 1980s.

As the one that keeps the team coordinated and running like a welloiled machine, Nancy’s strengths are problem–solving, marketing, and focusing on exceeding each and every client’s expectations. Nancy attended the University of Tennessee. She is a current member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and Williamson County Association of Realtors.

Her professional designations include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and she is also a recipient of the Lifetime Awards of Excellence from the Williamson County Association of Realtors. Over the years, she has been extremely active in the Tennessee and Williamson County Association of Realtors through numerous committee appointments.

Nancy enjoys walking with friends and working out at the gym when she has free time. As a couple who live and work together, Nancy and Marty also enjoy traveling and entertaining together.

Wendy Warren Bradley REALTOR®,

Wendy has been a licensed Realtor for 18+ years selling residential real estate working alongside her family. She has the experience and knowledge to assist buyers and sellers to ensure a successful closing and smooth transition with their move. Having lived in both Davidson and Williamson Counties, she knows both areas well and is as comfortable in them as in her own backyard.

As a parent herself, Wendy understands firsthand the decisions that families go through to determine which neighborhoods to settle into and which schools to select for their children’s education. Wendy, as well as her daughter Mary Wallis, attended both public and private schools while growing up in the area.

Wendy graduated from Harpeth Hall High School and the University of Oklahoma, and also attended Université de Clermont-Ferrand in France. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Williamson County Association of Realtors.

Outside of her life as a Realtor, you will find Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband Doug, and her daughter Mary Wallis (when home from college.) Wendy and her family enjoy walking and biking together and are avid travelers.

Doug Bradley REALTOR®

Doug is both a licensed Realtor and licensed General Contractor. He is married to Wendy Warren Bradley and is an incredible asset to the Warren Bradley Partners real estate team. His knowledge of construction is an invaluable resource to our team and our clients. Doug is a natural with a strong understanding of the local real estate market and has a keen ability to analyze data and numbers. He is an entrepreneur at heart and incredibly hard-working which benefits all who work with him.

Doug grew up in Centerville, Ohio. In 1985, he was recruited by Vanderbilt University to play football. He loved his college days playing for the Commodores and living in Nashville. After graduation, he worked for Mead Data Central in Washington, D.C. In his 25–year career, he has lived in several other states and has owned several different businesses in Dallas, Texas, Cleveland, Ohio and Nashville.

He and his wife, Wendy, have made Nashville their home since returning to Nashville in 2003. The family loves watching the Predators play hockey, cheering for the Commodores and traveling.

Whitney Palmier–Thatcher has been active in the real estate industry for the past five years. Her pleasant and highly skilled demeanor is obvious from your first interaction with her. She is presently associated as a licensed assistant and transaction coordinator with Warren Bradley Partners.

Whitney’s work skills are enhanced by her personal experience of moving to the Nashville area from the Midwest. She understands the stress of buying or selling a home, and works diligently to ensure all clients have a smooth transaction from start to finish. Her superb organizational skills, determination, and her ability to prioritize compliment every transaction.

Whitney and her husband, Kenny, reside in Thompsons Station with three beautiful daughters, Isabella, Adeline, and Peyton. When not showing property or organizing client documents, you will find Whitney at her daughter’s cheer practice or enjoying an evening out with her family.
