BEHIND THE SCENES Pete Borowsky

Founder & CEO

Pete Borowsky founded Zatista with the vision of creating a new and enhanced way to buy original art. Believing that you don't have to be a “Rockefeller” to purchase or understand art, Pete and the team at Zatista work to provide the tools, education and inspiration for every type of art buyer from beginner to seasoned collector. With so much one-of-a-kind and fantastic original art in the world, Pete created Zatista to bring artists and buyers together in one innovative online destination. Pete believes there are more personal ways beyond mass-produced prints and posters to bring art into your home and life, and Zatista is the proof that the industry agrees. Pete’s experience working for both Internet startups and blue chips (7 years at eBay) provided the experience and impetus to turn his entrepreneurial vision into a reality.
