Corporate Tennis Days at Kooyong
We are pleased to be able to offer you and your guests an opportunity to experience a coporate tennis day at Kooyong, The Spiritual home of Australian Tennis, former home of the Australian Open and host of AAMI Classic each January. We have been able to offer a wonderful Kooyong experience combining tennis, refreshments and use of our function rooms after your tennis event.

Corporate tennis days are available on our en-tous-cas courts on the following days:

Horseradish crusted whole porterhouse with red wine jus Lamb and vegetable rogan josh with steamed basmati rice and raita Chicken thigh and capsicum in a cream herb sauce Tricolour of gnocchi( ravioli) with a tomato basil sauce and parmesan Paprika roasted baby potatoes Steamed seasonal veggies Condiments and bread rolls
Friday 1.00pm – 4.00pm A minimum of five courts and a maximum of ten courts apply when booking a corporate tennis day.

Our catering packages offer either a sit down buffer dinner or a cocktail party with room hire, on court beverages, tennis balls and after tennis refreshments included.
• On court beverages including water, gatorade and soft drinks ( served in eskies to the courts ) • Exclusive use of a private function room

Mini cottage pies topped with creamy mash and tomato chutney. Gourmet sausage rolls and tomato sauce. Sweet potato and leek frittata and beetroot relish Mini Cornish pasties with mustard pickle teamed Salt and pepper squid Prawn hargow with ponzo dipping sauce Cheese Burger with tomato sauce and Chicken satay with peanut sauce
Our cocktail parties include all of the 8 items above and we prepare two of each item chosen, so each guests receives 16 pieces per person

PARKING We have parking facilities available for guests across the road from the Kooyong Clubhouse – next door to the Vision Australia Clinic.
MEETING POINT / CHANGEROOM ACCESS The assembly point for tennis days is behind the clubhouse, outside the Kooyong Proshop. The host of the tennis day will be given two swipe cards to enable the guests to access the changeroom facilities. It will be the host’s responsibility to let the guests into these restricted areas with the two nominated swipe cards, and return the cards after use.
WET WEATHER RE-EMBURSEMENT REGULATIONS – DRESS AND EQUIPMENT Visitors are required to comply with all regulations when using the club. Guests who do not comply with these basic dress rules will be required to purchase appropriate attire from the club Proshop or vacate the Club grounds immediately. Smoking and the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within the Clubhouse. Tennis Court attire - Guests playing tennis at the Club shall wear appropriate tennis apparel. Men - Tennis shorts and shirts (colour permitted) as approved by KLTC. Shirts must have a collar.
In the event of a wash out, the court hire fee will be refunded however the catering component of the day will still be available for the guests to take full advantage of and enjoy!

Women - Tennis dresses shorts, skirts and tops as approved by KLTC. All clothing must be designed and manufactured as tennis apparel and must meet the criteria as set out by the Club. Clubhouse attire– Smart, neat, casual. Men must wear a collar.
