You should know the main, salient points of your research and work that you want to discuss. You do not have to prepare a speech, but writing down some main points may help. You are presenting your work during a project, so talking about your research, how this lead to your ideas and what you are planning to do. You may refer to your workbook, and use a projector for your presentation if you wish, (you could show your IWB pages digitally). Audience Your role is that of a ‘critical friend’. All students should make positive contributions to a presenter, and no 1 or 2 students should dominate the critical feedback process. You are not to either just give your peer unqualified praise, nor to solely seek out the weak points. You should make at least some notes during the presentation to help you focus comments and questions at the end.
