X-Tream Clean Products has a 4 part approach in providing our complete cleaning solutions system to the dealer. We call this the X-Tream Clean Total Solution Plan and is made of 4 parts which include our Retail Products, Service Area Products, Extended Warranty Moto-Kit and our Re-Fill Program. All parts do not have to be in place in order to become an X-Tream Clean Products dealer. A dealership can pick which parts of the plan they wish to participate. There are benefits to participate in all 4 parts such as purchasing discounts, volume discounts and consignment plans along with the benefits of using the X-Tream Clean Products line of powersports cleaning solutions for your dealership and your customers.
Part 1
consists of the dealer carrying and selling our brand of powersports cleaning solutions retail products. We have a complete product lines for off-road vehicles, on-road vehicles and on-water vehicles. Some of our products are usable for all three product types. There are packages available that can provide product displays and signage to help promote the product line as well as volume discounts on purchases.
Part 2
consists of our Service Area Program. This program will offer the dealer the ability to stock large container sizes of select X-Tream Clean Products for dealership use only. We can stock 5 gallon or 55 gallon containers of the products in order that the dealer/service department may use the products to prep a unit before it is delivered to the customer. This program will be on consignment basis and invoiced at the end of each month based on the number of powersports units sold or units cleaned. We will provide small decals, at no charge, with the X-Tream Clean Products logo and text stating that “This vehicle has been detailed with the X-Tream Clean Protection Plan.” We would like for the decals to be placed on each unit sold or prepped with the program products to show that value added benefits have been added to the vehicle and the dealership has taken steps to enhance the appearance of the vehicle.
Part 3
consists of our Extended Warranty Moto-Kit on new street bikes only. This warranty is called the Extended Paint, Vinyl & Leather Protection Limited Three Year Warranty Program. In conjunction with our cleaning solutions line of products we also offer an exterior warranty program. This extended warranty offer is only good on new motorcycles and covers painted surfaces and leather or vinyl surfaces for a full three years after purchase. The warranty is offered with a complete starter package of cleaning solutions that the owner must use in order for the warranty to be valid. Each painted, leather or vinyl surface is to be treated with supplied X-Tream Clean Products solutions for warranty coverage. The Warranty Package and Moto-Kit are sold with new units.
Part 4
is our Re-Fill Program which provides the dealer the ability in offering to its customers a very economical means in re-filling our MX ATV Wash, Street Cycle Wash, Mud Guard and Red Roost Degreaser products with the use of 5 gallon containers. The program consists of placing 55 gallon drums of chosen product, along with empty 5 gallon containers, in order to re-fill customer orders. Once a customer has exhausted their supply of product they will simply bring back the empty container and have it re-filled at an economical rate.
