TRIBAL CHRISTMAS CARDS For this assignment i was tasked to create a set of two christmas cards with matching wrapping paper. I drew inspiration from the tribal masks of the indigenous people of Africa. in order to capture the spirit of Christmas I chose to use two chracters synonomous with christmas; Santa, and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. This led me to create stylized symmetrical renditions of these two chracters .
CALENDAR COASTERS For this project I created a western themed calendar. While trying to figure out a way to present my calendar, I came upon the idea of creating a set of coasters. One side of the coasters have a cowboy western themed illustration, and the other side contains the calendar itself. The coasters themselves were created using a laser cutter, that etched the design and typography into a piece of maple.
ANCHOR ALBUM ARTWORK For this project I created a nautical themed case design for a CD. I designed a wave pattern to cover the entire surface of the case and took the album title name “Anchor� and put the image of an anchor on the front of the case as well as the inner gatefold.
BUBBLEWRAP TYPOGRAPHY For this project I crafted the alphabet using bubble wrap. To achieve this I attached a large sheet of bubble wrap to two saw horses and fillled in bubbles using water dyed purple with food coloring. The letters were photographed, and then they were put together to form the poster.
MJT.ORG WEB REDESIGN This was a website redesign for the Museum of Jurrasic Technology, a museum of oddities in Culver City, California. The website looked as if it was designed in the 1990’s so I updated the site with a clean minimal layout. The colors were drawn from circus posters of the 1920’s because of the odd content of the museum.
PALM WEB DESIGN For this project I came up with the concept of PALM, a create your own trail mix business. Then I went ahead and designed the logo, and website for PALM. All the photographs were taken by me.
$1.50 CHALLENGE WEB REDESIGN For this project I redesigned the $1.50 Challenge website. I chose to stick to a color scheme that would convey the idea of money. The logo was designed by me and all the photographs were taken by me. I coded the entire site in HTML, and CSS.

I designed the 2014 Senior Awards posters for the Johnson & Wales University School of Technology, and The Hospitality College. I decided to come up with a typographic lockup on the left hand side announcing the event, and then on the right hand side I included the awards, and the winners. The style of the poster is very minimal with only yellow, and blue block to accent the type.
