Our guided tour today will cover the famous Hradcany Castle and St Vitus Cathedral. Be sure not to miss the Charles Bridge, which tops every Prague visitor’ s must-see list, marrying the grandiosity of gothic styles with the vibrancy of street vendors. Arriving at the old town of Prague, you will be impressed by the Gothic and Baroque architecture of the medieval buildings and alleys that have been separated from the rest of the city. Visit the 13th Century Gothic Town Hall and the Astrological Clock Tower, situated right at the centre of the beautiful Old Town Square

After breakfast, enjoy your morning at leisure till the time arrives for us to head to the railway station. We will board a second class day train to Moscow – one of the biggest cities in the world. Upon arrival, we will start our tour with a visit to the Red Square, an imposing sight surrounded by architectural marvels. Within walking distance are the St Basil’ s Cathedral, Historical Museum and the GUM departmental store. Other noteworthy highlights would be the Kremlin – the symbol of Russia and one of the greatest architectural complexes in the world. The tour ends with an impressive view of the Church of Deposition of the Robe, the Belfry of Ivan the Great and the Patriarch’ s Palace.

克拉科夫 ≫ 斯洛伐克 ≫ 布达佩斯早餐/晚餐

今天，我们将告别克拉科夫穿过波兰/斯洛伐克边界，行驶在古老而充满大自然优美景色的达特拉雷山脉，这里仍保留着淳朴的传统木屋，悠闲的生活，宛如世外桃源。途中，经过班斯卡见证这个充满历史痕迹的美丽小镇，至今还保留着哥特式和文艺复兴时期的建筑。当天，抵达匈牙利首都 - 布达佩斯。

After which, proceed on to the Buda side of the Hungary’ s Capital to visit the Matthias Church and the Fisherman’ s Bastion. Hike up Gellert’ s hill to enjoy the most expansive views of Budapest. On top of the hill is the Liberation Monument, built to commemorate the Red Army’ s release of Budapest from the Nazi occupation. After a wonderful Danube River Cruise lunch, transfer to Bratislava for our overnight stay.

This morning we start on a pleasant drive westward on the highway to Salzburg. Relive scenes in“The Sound of Music”and capture spectacular views that give you a memorable Sound of Music experience. We continue our journey to Hallstatt, where pastel-coloured houses cast shimmering reflections onto the glassy waters of the lake and towering mountains on all sides. Hallstatt’ s beauty alone would be enough to guarantee it fame. Stop for a picture stop in Hallstatt before we continue to Salzburg for an orientation tour that will bring you to the Mirabelle Palace and garden. Continuing our walk to the old town, visit Residence Square, Mozart Square and the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Kick off the day with a tour of the city of Brasov. Take the time to revel in the beauty of this city that is surrounded by Carpathian Mountains. We will visit the main city square (Piata Sfatului) and Black Church, that got its name after a fire blackened its walls in 1689. Our exploration will continue on towards the region of Transylvania with a drive towards Sighisoara; a UNESCO World Heritage landmark for being the last medieval city to be inhabited up to this day. The tour ends with an impressive view of the Church of Deposition of the Robe, the Belfry of Ivan the Great and the Patriarch’s Palace.

This morning, we make our way towards Croatia’ s best-known national park - Plitvice Lakes National Park. Upon arrival, we shall enjoy a scenic walk with a local guide through breath-taking scenery of this natural wonder. Its 16 coloured lakes, wooded hills, wooden paths and foot bridges, waterfalls, and cascades make it one of Europe’ s most famous and well-loved national parks. Next, we travel along the coast to undoubtly one of the most beautiful coastal city in Croatia - Opatija, which was the most chic seaside resort for the Austro-Hungarian elite during the days of the Austro-Hungarian Empire – as evidenced by the many handsome belleépoque villas that the period bequeathed. Although it lost a lot of its sheen during the Yugoslav period, the town has spruced itself up in the last decade and once again attracts a mainly mature crowd, drawn to its grand spa hotels, spectacular location and agreeable year-round climate.

After breakfast, we will make our way to Ljubljana via Rovinj. Rovinj is coastal Istria’ s star attraction. It remains one of the last true Mediterranean fishing ports. Wooded hills and low-rise hotels surround the old town, which is webbed with steep cobbled streets and piazzas. Thereafter, continue to Ljubljana. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of Ljubljana. The city of Ljubljana is famous for its diverse architecture, including legacies of the Roman. Baroque and Art Nouveau eras, but owes much

of its grand style to native born architecture Joze Plecnik, whose vision early in the 20th century transformed his provincial hometown into the capital of the Slovenian nation. We shall enter the old town to view the Opera House, Cathedral, National Museum and Castle. After a well-deserved dinner, we shall make our return back to the hotel for our much-needed night’ s rest.

Today we shall head towards the beautiful Lake Bled. Lake Bled is a lake in the Julian Alps in northwestern Slovenia, where it adjoins the town of Bled. You will be amazed by this picturesque emerald-green lake and a charming church on an islet. Enjoy our time in Lake Bled before we make our return to Ljubljana.

Welcome to Rome, the capital city which stands on the Tiber River and enjoys a long and celebrated history. Your sightseeing tour begins at the World’ s largest cathedral, St. Peter's Basilica where you can enjoy the art work of the famous Michelangelo“Pietà”. Thereafter, your tour continues with views of ancient Roman ruins including the enormous Colosseum. Next, we proceed to the Plaza Venezian, Roman Forum and the Victor Emmanuel Monument. After dinner, transfer to hotel for our overnight stay.

ROME ≫ POMPEII** ≫ NAPLES Breakfast/Dinner

This morning, we depart from Rome as we continue on our journey to Naples via Pompeii - an ancient Roman town-city near modern Naples in the Italian region of Campania. Pompeii, along with Herculaneum and many villas in the surrounding area, was destroyed and buried under 4 to 6 m (13 to 20 ft) of ash and pumice in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. You might consider joining an optional guided tour of the Pompeii Archaeological site at your own expense. Thereafter, we shall continue to Napoli for for our overnight stay.

After breakfast, transfer to Alberobello. Alberobello is a UNESCO World Heritage site - its narrow streets are crowded with conical, white-washed trulli, clustered together like mushrooms, constructed entirely without mortar. This region is a paradise for winelovers. After that, transfer to Bari for our overnight cruise to Dubrovnik!

This morning, explore the stone paved streets inside the 16th century bastions of the old town with a Local Expert. See Onofrio's Fountain and the Rector's Place, as well as the Franciscan and Dominican monasteries.

You will be greeted by sights of stone houses perched one top of the other on the steep banks of the meandering Yantra River. Next, stroll along Artisans Street and be treated by rows of shops selling handicraft that you can purchase for loved ones back home!

The Company acts as an agent for the airlines. All refund on Air Tickets may take around 1-3 months depending on individual airlines. 6.1

1.1 A reservation is made upon the payment of deposit amount as specified below. Minimum deposit based on tour price per passenger are: 1. Tour Price below $1000, deposit required S$300 2. Tour Price above $1000, deposit required S$500 This deposit forms part of the final payment. Balance payment is to be paid in full to the Company fourteen (14) days before departure. Failure to comply with this may result in automatic cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit. 1.2 The Company reserves the right to recover any outstanding arrears via other avenues, not excluding Collection Agencies or legal avenues, in the event that full payment is not received. You may contact our sales person at our office during office hours for any issue pertaining to outstanding arrears.

MODE OF PAYMENTS

2.1 The Company ONLY accept Cash, NETS, Cheques or Travel Vouchers for balance payment. Cheques will only be accepted if presented to the Company at least 7 working days prior to departure date. 2.2 For payments by travel vouchers, all terms & conditions stipulated on the travel vouchers have to be met before it can be accepted as a mode of payment. 2.3

For payments by major credit cards, there will be a 2% service fee being imposed.

Cancellation of bookings from passengers must be made in writing and received by the Company. The Passenger is allowed to cancel the reservation in writing, at any time prior to the departure date. 7.1 CHILD FARE Eligibility. Below 12 years old (on the date of departure). Child fare is based on sharing twin room with two adults. A surcharge will be impose for a child who require an extra bed or occupy a room with only one adult. 8.1 VISA AND PASSPORT It is the responsibility of tour members to ensure that they have a valid International Passport or other recognised travel documents which should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from the last destination of your itinerary. You must have the necessary visas, vaccinations, health certificate and all necessary travel documents as required by the various Government authorities of the countries to be visited. (e.g. Exit Permit, Work Permit, Social Worker Pass etc.) The Company cannot, however guarantee the approval of your visa application. The Company shall not be held responsible for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities of tour members.

3.2 Cancellation of Tour by Company At times, due to low participation for a tour package or when the arrangement cannot be confirmed, the Company may choose to cancel the entire tour prior to its commencement. The Company shall notify you of the cancellation at least fourteen (14) days in advance for tours more than 6 days in duration or eight (8) days in advance for tours of 6 days or less, excluding departure date. The Company may, at its discretion, recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours to you, based on the tour fare of that period. Should you decide not to accept the alternatives; all refunds will be paid to you within 4-6 working weeks. During peak periods, the refund process may be longer due to the increase in transactions.

AMENDMENTS 4.1 GENERAL AMENDMENTS

Any amendments (excluding departure date, tour type or air tickets) made by passengers after reservations have been confirmed, an administrative fee of at least S$75 per person per amendment will be imposed by the Company. This applies to both tour packages and free and easy packages only. 4.2 Amendments to Departure Date and Tour Type For amendments in departure date or tour type, cancellation charges as above will apply. 4.3 Flight / Cruise / Train Tickets As the air ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to the specified airline only, it is non-negotiable, non-reissuable, non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any amendment to Flight / Cruise / Train tickets are subject to the respective organisations’ approval. The Company reserves the right to issue the Flight / Cruise / Train tickets anytime after a booking is made and before departure date. After issuance, it will be subject to cancellation charges applied by the respective organisations. if applicable, and a $75 administraive fee. Any alteration of the routing or change of date by the passengers is solely at his/her own risk. The Company and its associated agents shall not be hold responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred. No refund will be made for any unused air ticket, accommodation, meals or sightseeing, whether in part or in full. For tour members to amend returning flight to a later date, this change is subjected to airlines’ conditions, ticket validity, additional charges and seat availability, etc. Any additional charge imposed by the airline will be borne by passengers. For tours operated on chartered flights, no extension/ deviation changes will be permitted.

9.1 CONFIDENTIALITY The Company will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information on the Passengers. Every effort shall be made to ensure that the integrity of the Passengers’ personal particulars and confidential information entrusted to the Company are not compromised unless required to by law. The Company also undertakes not to divulge the Passengers’ personal information to any unauthorised third party without prior written consent.

For tours or components supplied by third parties, eg. cruises, airlines, hotels, overseas land operators, trains, car rental etc, additional cancellation charges will apply.

REFUNDS ON TOUR PACKAGES

5.1 For nets, cheques or cash payments refund will be made in a form of a cheque and processed within 4-6 working weeks. For credit card payment, refund will be made through the credit card company and processed within 4-6 working weeks. During peak periods, the refund process may be longer due to the increase in transactions. 10.1 Extension of stay/ deviation may be permitted at the last stop, subject to the maximum validity and conditions of the air ticket, It is the passengers’ responsibilities to ensure that they hold confirmed booking for their return flight. Some airlines will impose a surcharge and this will be borne by the tour member. Refer to 4.1. 10.2 Extension of stay/ deviation will be at passengers own expense and transfer to airport will not be provided. When extension of stay/ deviation cannot be confirmed, passengers are deemed to be taking the original tour schedule. Reverting to the original tour schedule may be difficult once the extension of stay/ deviation have been confirmed.
