SINGAPORE

AUSTRALIA, Queensland

JAPAN, Chubu

Get your bets ready as the Birdsville Races returns for another year to excite and engage audiences with its adrenaline-pumping horse race. The two-day weekend fest usually draws thousands of visitors. Coupled with fashion competitions and a carnival-like atmosphere, the event also includes live performances by local Australian musicians. Besides the thrilling line-up, the festival hosts a 13-race program with a variety of categories promising trophies and prize money for the winner. Additionally, the Birdsville Race Club sponsors a celebratory cocktail party, where visitors will experience the warm hospitality of the Outback.

Held every year for three days, the traditional folk event is organised to appease the wind and receive a bountiful autumn harvest. During the festival, all of the locals stop working and come together to prepare for the event and join in the celebrations. The residents light small paper lampstands and dance all night while singing the “Ecchu Owara Bushi”, a folk song from the Yatsuo-machi town, Toyama Prefecture. It is somewhat eerily mesmerising as faceless dancers fill the streets adorning amigasa hats - worn so low that it conceals most of their features - and rely on the melancholic melodies to guide their elegant movements.

MARKET NEWS

Great Barrier Island New Zealand Gains International Dark Sky Status Great Barrier Island, off the north-eastern coast of Auckland, has become the first island in the world to be designated an International Dark Sky Sanctuary. A Dark Sky Sanctuary is public or private land that has an exceptional or distinguished quality of starry nights and a nocturnal environment that is protected for its scientific, natural or educational value, cultural heritage and/or public enjoyment. Located 100km north-east of central Auckland, Great Barrier Island’s night skies will now be protected for present and future generations. As much of Great Barrier Island is located ’off the grid’, light pollution is minimized on the island, allowing for great viewing of the spectacular night sky. Auckland Mayor Phil Goff says Great Barrier Island is home to a community focused on protecting and preserving its stunning natural beauty which makes it the ideal location to receive International Dark Sky Sanctuary status. “Great Barrier Island is a place of rugged beauty and untouched wilderness, and is one of the most tranquil and unspoilt places in the wider Auckland region,” Goff says. The island is accessible by air from Auckland, Coromandel, Northland, Tauranga and Hamilton, or by ferry from Auckland’s downtown waterfront.

Garuda Indonesia Awarded “World’s Best Cabin Crew” A great cabin crew on any flight - especially those long-haul trips – truly make a world of difference when flying. You can place your best bets that flying with the crew of Garuda Indonesia will be a breeze. The airline was recently awarded “The World’s Best Cabin Crew” for the fourth consecutive year from Skytrax, an independent London-based flight rating agency. The prestigious award was presented by CEO of Skytrax Edward Plaisted to President and CEO of Garuda Indonesia Pahala N Mansury at the “Skytrax World Airline Awards” event in Paris Air Show 2017, one of the biggest air show in the world, at Le Bourget, Paris, on the 20th of June. President Director of Garuda Indonesia, Pahala N. Mansury said that the “World Best Cabin Crew” award, is a remarkable milestone for the airline. “Our dedication to continuously give you the highest level of service has brought us to win “The World’s Best Cabin Crew” four times in a row (since 2014). Thank you for trusting your journey with Garuda Indonesia,” added Pahala. https://www.garuda-indonesia.com/

Kamaya Bali, Where Dreams Come True Kamaya Bali, an atmospheric clifftop wedding venue in Uluwatu, Bali, shares its host of offerings, designed with the aim of creating beautiful wedding day memories to last a lifetime. From its prime vantage point overlooking the renowned Uluwatu surf break on the southern tip of the island, Kamaya boasts a breathtaking panoramic view of the Indian Ocean that lends a truly scenic backdrop to every wedding ceremony that takes place in its signature pavilion, Kamaya Blessing. The property’s name, derived from two Sanskrit words – kama for ‘love’ and maya for ‘invisible blessing’ – is an expression of its owners’ sincerest wish for a blessed marriage for each and every couple that celebrates their union there. Tucked away to the side of the wedding pavilion, the outdoor Segara dining terrace makes for a quiet, intimate space to rejoice only with one’s nearest and dearest in privacy while taking in the picturesque horizon beyond. Kamaya Bali’s raison d’être is born of love reflecting the union of its husband and wife team - concept and design by James Krisna and the ongoing management and operation by Made Krisna – Kamaya really does symbolise love. This location is famous for the pilgrimage of the well-known 15th century monk Dang Hyang Nirartha, who travelled this land hundreds of years ago and ultimately created his masterpiece, Pura Luhur Uluwatu. http://www.singaporebikeshow.com/

CRUISE THROUGH THE CANADIAN ROCKIES

Fifteen days of sheer indulgence in nature!

T

he Canadian Rockies refer to the mountain ranges that span the province of Bristish Columbia and Alberta. Delight in the glorious natural landscape when you embark on a tour with CS Travel. Fly into Vancouver, then head to Seattle where you will transfer to the pier to check-in to your luxurious Princess Cruise. Enjoy a meal at the casual yet elegant Horizon Court Buffet and get comfortable in your home for the next two weeks! Read on for some of the highlights of this icy-cool adventure. Juneua Juneau is the state capital of Alaska. But unlike most state capitals, Juneau isn’t packed with skyscrapers but with mountains; not with busy streets but with a busy coastal community. Rich in history, art, and food, the town is one of the biggest in the world. Its’ most popular attraction is its Mendenhall Glacier, which constantly moves and changes depending on the season. If you have the time, there are hiking trails for you to get on which will get you up close to the glacier. The most rewarding hike is to Nugget Falls. Imagine a very large, beautiful waterfall cascading directly into an iceberg-filled lake with a glacier in the background.

Canadian Rockies

Skagway From Juneau, make your way up to Skagway – a city in southeast Alaska. With a population of less than a thousand, the cosy town attracts over 700,000 visitors each year. Wooden boardwalks and quaint reconstructed buildings line the streets. From museums to eateries, Skagway may be small but what it lacks in size it makes up for in excellent local products and services. Glacier Bay National Park Hopping back onto the cruise, a highlight of this tour would be visiting the Glacier Bay National Park. Here, snow-capped mountain tops, fjords, and large ice sculptures are part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the deck of your cruise, take in the natural beauty of the glaciers and breathe in the freshness of the air. Glide through lagoons, islands, and wide passages for a truly breath-taking experience. Don’t forget to bring out your jackets for the viewing! Ketchikan The next stop of the cruise will be at Ketchikan - known as Alaska’s first city and also as the salmon capital of the world! The name comes from the Tlingit community – the indigenous people of Alaska. Filled with sceneries straight out of a postcard, rich with native culture, and extremely fresh salmon, Kechikan’s a little gem worth exploring. Victoria, British Columbia This island destination and capital of British Columbia teems with remnants of its colonial past. The harbour, especially the Inner Harbour – is one of the most beautiful in the world. In the summer, the harbour comes alive and plays host to different types of festivals, shows and music. The city also has great options for dining, including a series of English-style bars and a slew of tantalising restaurants.

Seattle City Tour Crossing border across the water, settle into Seattle Pier and step into a young city with a scarred history. The Great Seattle Fire in 1889 brought the city down to its knees, and much of what you see today is a result of great reconstruction works that took place to restore the city back to its former glory. The city is also the birthplace of two modern marvels – the Boeing and Microsoft! The Seattle city tour will firstly head to the Pike Place Market, home of the world-famous flying fish and one of the world’s oldest farmer’s market in the States. Here, don’t miss out on touring the Crafts Market where you can pick up handmade and unique pieces of just about anything from jewellery to herbal products. Don’t forget to check out the very first Starbucks outlet just around the block! The next attraction to stop at for a photo opportunity would be the Space Needle. Built in 1962 for the World Fair, it remained as an icon and landmark of Seattle. Heading next to the city of Vancouver, a tonne of exciting attractions await your discovery: Stanley Pak, the Lions Gate Bridge, Canada Place, the Steam Clock, and Chinatown!

Kelowna Heading east for Keowna, in the Okanagan Valley, you will find a variety of fruit orchards. At Lake Okangan, the tour guide will fill you in on the legendary story behind the body of water and the search for the prehistoric creature, ‘Ogopogo’. A stop will be scheduled at the renowned winery for you to learn about the basics of wine-making as well as taste some delicious Canadian Icewine. On the remaining days of the tour, you will get to experience the untouched beauty of Yoho National Park, Banff National Park, and Jasper National Park. www.cstravel.com.sg

FALL IN LOVE KOREA’S HIDDEN BEAUTIES

Unravel Pyeongchang’s Autumn Wonders.

K

orea is a wonderful place to visit in any season, but come autumn, and the country transforms into a whimsical wonderland of warm hues. The colours that wash over the various sights in this country over the course of the four main seasons is almost always picture-perfect. The province of Gangwon in particular, is one such place blessed with glorious sights all year round. If you ever find yourself in Gangwon, there are at least three different locations you have to set foot in for a true Korean holiday experience. Located in the Gangwon province, the Pyeongchang County is one such place to visit as it is known for its imposing mountains and splendid beaches. Its diverse landscape, excellent natural topography and location is also a reason why it is the host city of the upcoming 2018 Winter Olympics! Another county, Jeongseon, is known for its rugged, charming, and natural beauty. Gangneung is our final recommendation – the largest city in Gangwon that’s located close to the shore, and filled with modern as well as cultural hotspots you must not miss. Cohesively, the three different areas are commonly and often referred to simply as Pyeongchang. Tasty Treats In Pyeongchang, there are over 20 kinds of wild vegetable dishes. Sanchae jeongsik is a set meal consisting of various dishes made of wild vegetables picked from the Odaesan Mountain National Park area. Wild greens are minimally seasoned with perilla seed oil and soy sauce, offering a clean and healthy taste. The path to Woljeongsa Temple located in the mountain is lined with restaurants serving this excellent dish – so remember to check it out! Odaesan Mountain Odaesan Mountain is located in the central and eastern part of Gangwon-do. Odaesan has the largest natural woods of Korea, and is home to many wild animals (such as boars, musk deers, and woodpeckers!) and plants. The area of Birobong Peak is famous for its Nuncheunkbaek and Yew tree forests. Odaesan Mountain’s vibrant fall foliage puts it on the map as an autumn destination. A popular vacation site year round, the mountain bustles with

Blue Canyon Water Park

campers and guests at natural recreation forest lodges, especially during peak foliage season around mid-October. During busier times, the road from Myeonggae-ri, located to the north of Woljeongsa Temple, often offers more convenient access to Odaesan Mountain. Gangchon Rail Bike One of the most scenic trails during the autumn season is undeniably the Gangchon Rail Bike. Rail biking is a popular leisure sport that uses bikes and railroads specially built for sightseeing. Pedal your way on train tracks and take in the views of the surrounding landscape for an exhilarating and relaxing experience. You have the option to hop on a two or four-seater rail bike – perfect for couples and families!

Phoenix Park Phoenix Park is the famous filming site of Korean drama “Autumn in My Heart (2000),” and one of Pyeongchang’s many ski resorts. It also functions as a golf club and youth hostel – catering to travellers of all budgets! As the backdrop for the popular drama, it is not difficult to imagine how beautiful the park will be during the fall. The peak, Montblanc, stands at 1,050m above sea level. The majestic views of the canyon is another reason why Phoenix Park should be on your list of places. Located within Phoenix Park is also a water theme park called Blue Canyon Water Park. More than just a water park, it also comes with luxe spa facilities so the adults can relax while the kids splash the afternoon away! Visit: http://english.visitkorea.or.kr/

CHASING NORWAY’S NORTHERN LIGHTS Discover the Aurora Borealis with EU Holidays.

Northern Lights in Tromso

I

f there’s something that Norway is known for, it’s the Northern Lights. As a renowned phenomenon that’s on every avid traveller’s bucket list, the Northern Lights is a natural wonder that has captivated millions around the world. Being a naturally occurring phenomenon, the appearance of these spectacular sight is unpredictable, however there are several times in a year that are best for viewing the Northern Lights, this include the months between January and March. These months are relatively more popular compared to any other months in the year to see the lights. The long winter nights offer a higher chance to witness the unforgettable sights of nature’s greatest wonder. The various hues of colours dancing across the sky, beneath the snow-clad land is stunningly scenic. Apart from the extraordinary sights of the Aurora Borealis, places such as Tromso, Narvik, and Lofoten Islands possess unspoiled habitats, which encompass deep fjords and striking sceneries.

Tromso

The city of Tromso is a major cultural and historical hub in Norway that houses several museums and distinguishable centuries-old wooden buildings. Situated above the Arctic Circle, Tromso is the perfect place to view the Northern Lights. If weather conditions permit, you will be able to see the stunning lights from the city. If you’d like to increase your chances of witnessing this spectacular phenomenon, consider joining an Aurora Chasing Tour. Besides being accompanied by an experienced guide, who will find the best location to see the Northern Lights, there will also be a professional photographer present to capture the perfect moment. Join the Tromso sightseeing tour to see some of the best attractions in the city. The neo-classical architecture, and multi-cultural community will immerse you into the city’s Nordic heritage and culture. You may also board the Fjellheisen- an aerial tramway, up to Mt. Storsteinen, a mountain ledge that is located 421 m above sea-level, where you can indulge in a panoramic view of Tromso and

Vesterålen welcomes everyone to its scenic landscapes and diverse marine life that includes whales, seals and seabirds. Meet Santa’s famous helpers, when you drop by the Reindeer Farm. Get to know more about these docile creatures that play a crucial role in the lifestyle of the Sami people, who utilise reindeers as a means for transport and food.

Narvik, Norway

Narvik

As the third-largest town in Norway, Narvik is best known for its dramatic scenery and imposing mountains. Explore the region and take in the sights of breath-taking fjords and quaint wooden houses set against the mountainous backdrop. Satisfy your hunger with some authentic Sami cuisine, and learn more about local Sami culture as you venture to Vesterålen, a district in Nordland County. From white, sandy beaches to picturesque, narrow fjords,

p14-15 EU Holidays- Northern Lights.indd 15

Noted as one of the untamed islands of Norway, Lofoten is a great spot for fishing and boasts charming sceneries that captivates travellers from the around the world. Trollfjord, an arctic fjord located between the Norwegian archipelagos of Lofoten and Vesteralen, is an outstanding attraction that offers spectacular views of craggy peaks, and lush greenery. The area around Trollfjord is famed for being a perfect spot to watch the impressive birds of prey in their natural habitat. Embark on a nature expedition, when you join a Sea Eagle Safari. Sail across the narrow fjord on a rigid inflatable boat (RIB), and take closer look at magnificent Sea Eagles circling above the boat. You may even get the chance to feed these birds, as you throw fish into the sea and watch them dive into the icy, cold waters to collect them. Take your trip up a notch and board a legendary Hurtigruten cruise, a cruise line dedicated to the exploration of the Arctic. Although the cruise line has vessels that explore the pristine waters of Norway and beyond, its fleet consists of ships that are specifically designed to venture to places that are inaccessible by ordinary vessels. http://www.euholidays.com.sg/

TRAVERSING PAKISTAN’S SILK ROUTE Be it the sheer beauty of its mountain passes or its rich history, Pakistan grips you with its charismatic personality.

T

racing back its roots back to 2,500 years BC, Pakistan used to be the home of a highly developed civilization, which flourished in the Indus Valley. Apart from bearing a rich historical significance, the country is renowned for its towering snowcapped peaks, pristine rivers, enchanting forests, and picturesque alpine landscapes. The main highlight of Pakistan is its Karakoram Highway. Also known as the KKH, it is believed to be the highest paved international road in the world. Officially completing its construction in 1982, the highway connects China and Pakistan across the Karakoram mountain range. Situated at an elevation of 4,693 metres (15,397 ft) above the sea level, it is one unforgettable journey. Although the road is both challenging and perilous, travellers from all over take the road for its incredible and jaw-dropping views. Its twists and turns cut through three great mountain ranges - the famed Himalaya, Karakoram and Pamir, and greets visitors with vistas of imposing mountains set against the backdrop of the expansive azure blue sky. The highway follows one of the ancient silk routes along the valleys of the Indus, Gilgit

Placid lake encompassed by mountains and Hunza rivers to the Chinese border at the Khunjerab Pass; it crosses into the high Central Asian plateau before winding down though the Pamirs to Kashgar, at the western edge of the Taklamakan Desert. This route was once prominent for the exchange of goods between the East and the West. These included silk, spices, and ceramics from the East, and wool, linen, and ivory from the West.

The mesmerising beauty of the Swat Valley is something that one needs to experience first hand. Coupled with a lush valley, captivating mountain scenery, and turquoise waters, this charming town in Pakistan receives steady stream of travellers from the region and beyond. The district’s natural attractions have even earned this valley the title, Switzerland of the East. It’s important to note that tourism season lasts from March until October. And don’t worry about facing a language barrier, English is commonly spoken by the locals. The town’s timeless testament of being a natural beauty enriched with a long, and rich historical past, is ultimately its biggest draw. With over 2000 years of history under its belt, the valley has seen the likes of great generals in history, including Alexander

Hoper Glacier

Located near Nagar Valley, the Hoper Glacier is a tourist spot, and a favourite haunt for outdoor enthusiasts who love trekking, mountaineering and ice climbing. Besides providing the best vantage point (atop the glacier) for sunsets and sunrises, it is the fastest moving glacier on the planet. Travellers can also take their trip up a notch and camp on the glacier for the night. It is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. With zero phone reception this recluse can either be a boon or a bane - especially if you’re expecting an important call or email. While here, you will also get a peek into the simple lifestyle of the locals. The lack of infrastructure and the minimalistic way of life evokes an introspective ambience - a welcomed change from the hectic urban life.

Khunjerab Pass

Baltit Fort the Great, Mahmood Ghaznavi, and the great mughal emperors Babur and Akbar. Swat Valley is also believed to be the birthplace of Vajrayana Buddhism, and was said to have been filled with over a thousand stunning stupas and monasteries, which accommodated as many as 6,000 gold images of the Buddhist pantheon for worship and education.

Karimabad Hunza

Another notable valley that has swayed the hearts of many is the Hunza Valley. Nestled under the ever watchful gaze of five formidable peaks, the mountainous valley is dubbed as the “real ShangriLa.” The region is seemingly out of place in Pakistan, as it flourishes from the assistance and support of international charities. It’s capital, Karimabad - in the Gilgit-Baltistan region - is home to the Baltit Fort, which is strategically located with a commanding view of the

Hunza Valley. It’s sheer size and prominent position is enough for it to be easily seen from any point in the area. Tracing back to 700 years, the fort is the first ever to be restored by the Aga Khan Trust for Culture. It is part of a pilot project that seeks to conserve a number of monuments in northern Pakistan. Open all year around, the fort is somewhat self-sustaining - it is supported by the revenue generated from the sale of tickets, souvenirs and generous donations of individuals and organizations. Inside the fort, visitors will be able to see many artifacts, such as Stone Age cooking wares, imported carpets - including one made 300 years ago - and mystic carvings. In the past, the Hunza rulers initially resided in the Altit Fort, however, because of a conflict between the two sons of the Sultan, Shah Abbas (Shάboos) and Ali Khan (Aliqhάn), Shάboos shifted to the Baltit Fort, making it the capital of Hunza. The power struggle led to the unfortunate demise

Much like the Karakoram Highway, the Khunjerab Pass is as treacherous and as it is tragically beautiful. Situated on the northern border of Pakistan with China, at an elevation of 4.733 meters (15,528 feet) above sea level, the pass is the highest point on the Karakoram Highway. The pass is popular for its spectacular vistas that encompass the natural beauty of the region. It is important to note that the long and winding pass is usually closed in the winter. Timing is key when traversing this pass. Plan your trip well and you’ll be in for a visual treat that will leave you breathless. www.universaltravel.com.sg

Famous wooden Busselton jetty in Western Australia

JUST ANOTHER DAY IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA Discover the rich offerings of this thrilling and memorable Australian state.

D

on’t let the arid Outback fool you. Western Australia is home to many noteworthy destinations that provide a multitude of activities for travellers of all ages. Whether you are looking to have fun with the family, an unforgettable escapade, or simply looking forward to a much needed R and R, these places offer something for everyone.

Historic Whaling Station at Discovery Bay

The state is best known for its whaling history which dates back all the way to 1829. The former whaling station was established to educate and bring awareness of the industry prior to 1978. Visit the interactive Whale World Museum (which was also originally the last whaling company in Australia to cease operations) to learn more about the marine mammals as well as the whaling industry. The guided tours will take you back in history to see the last operational whaling station in Australia. These tours are accompanied with visual displays and 3D films that provide further insight into Albany’s whaling past. You can also board the Cheyne’s whalers for the public to explore the actual whaling boat and experience history first-hand.

Torndirrup National Park

Torndirrup National Park is best known for its wild and edgy (literally) natural formations. The Gap and the Natural Bridge - coastal granites shaped by the Southern Ocean waves - are popular highlights in the park. You can walk up to the 40-metre high viewing platform at The Gap to get unhindered views of the Southern Ocean. Both lookouts

p22-23 Feature South Western Australia.indd 22

at The Gap and the Natural Bridge also offer unforgettable sights of the coast from Bald Head to West Cape Howe. Besides providing captivating views, the park also has numerous trails and lookouts such as Sharp Point, Jimmy Newells, Stony Hill and Peak Head that are as equally fascinating as the one at The Gap. Another impressive not-to-be-missed attraction are the Blowholes; caused by water being forced up into a crack-line in the granite, these blowholes emit loud eerie sounds accompanied with sprays of water. Nature lovers exploring the park will get to see numerous species of flora and fauna thriving in the park, including the adorable honey possum, the park’s smallest marsupial.

Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk

Get ready for a line-up of activities at the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk. The impressive walkway is positioned 40 meters above ground, in the midst of the thick canopies of magnificent tingle forest. The 600-metre walk is wheelchair accessible and safe for children of all ages. There is also a walk trail that connects to the Tree Top Walk, which allows access to the Ancient Empire. The boardwalk provides an unforgettable experience when one travels through the grove of 400-year-old red tingle trees. The path is also known for leading hikers to one of the more prominent veteran - Grandma Tingle, or more popularly known as the Gatekeeper. Besides the Tree Top Walk, Denmark Walpole Wilderness offers a number of sights and things to do. Discover the natural wonders of this region and immerse in the various activities such as diving, fishing and canoeing.

Jumma Masjid

A WHOLE NEW WORLD AT AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT

Intricate architecture, brilliant food, and a wild history all make for a great Gujarati adventure in the wonderful city of Ahmedabad!

A

hmedabad is the sixth largest city in India with a population of 6.5million people. Situated in the state of Gujarat in Western India, the 600-year old walled city is the first Indian city to be recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage city. Ahmedabad’s diverse and rich heritage can be attributed to its wild history and is very much influenced by rulers and kings of the past. Muslim, Hindu, and Jain kings all had a significant role to play in the Ahemdabad you see today. Its past has placed its mark on everything from architecture to food. Walk through streets and take in the soul of the city; examine the beautiful ways in which houses (which are called ‘pols’ – homes that are tightly packed together) and streets are constructed. These little neighbourhoods are often punctuated with bird feeders, community wells, and personal temples. When you find yourself in Ahmedabad, take the time to check out 15th century architecture such as the Adalaj Vav, located on the outside the walled city, in the little village of Adalaj. The Adalaj Vav is the best preserved step well in

Gujarat – beautifully carved and five stories deep. The well played perfunctory roles as well as celebratory and religious ones during its heyday. It is believed that villagers would visit the wells on a daily basis in the mornings to fill water, offer prayers to the deities carved into the walls and interact with each other in the cool shade of the vav, which was constructed specifically to keep the temperature inside the stepwell cooler than the outside. The vav is just one of many spectacular examples of Indo-Islamic architecture and design in Ahmedabad. Some of the most intricate mosquescan also be found in this city. For example, the Sidi Saiyad Mosque is one of the most-photographed mosques whilst the Jumma masjid’s hall is supported by slim columns. To learn more about the ancient communities that called Gujarat home, head over to the Tribal Research & Training Institute. Built in 1962, the institute does research on tribal communities of the state. There are a total of 25 tribes including five primitive tribes - in the state of Gujarat. The institute also has a museum with a collection of various artefacts from the different tribes, providing accurate visuals

of the different facets of tribal life, culture and art. Shopaholics, get ready to take in the vivid colours of Gujarat at the Law Garden Night Market. The bustling street – which is touted to be a must-see when you visit this city - comes alive in the evening with vendors selling a myriad of shimmering and silky textiles. You can find exclusive wall hangings, sarees, chaniyas (long colourful skirts), and antique jewellery at great prices – especially if you bring your bargaining skills with you! Whilst you’re here, don’t forget to indulge in some local street fare – like a good hot cup of Masala tea. Whether you like to splurge or save on accommodation, the city has a tonne of great options for you to choose from. Luxury hotels include the Taj Residency Ummed and Le Meridien, both of which are strategically located and luxurious all at the same time. So go ahead, book a trip to the beautiful city of Ahmedabad for a whole new experience of India! https://incredibleindia.org/
