The Mike Carey era has brought unprecedented postseason success to the West Virginia University women’s basketball program. In the last seven years the Mountaineers have advanced to four NCAA Tournaments (2004, 2007, 2008, 2010) with two postseason WNIT appearances (2005, 2009).
