The Cougars made history with their third-straight NCAA Championship appearance, a first for the program. Along the way, Washington State set or tied over 30 school records. Keidane McAlpine was named Pac-12 Coach of the Year while Micaela Castain (11 goals, 11 assists) took home the conference’s player of the year award and became the first All-American in school history. The Cougar defense was stingy setting standards for shutouts (15), road shutouts (8), goals against average (0.50) and fewest goals allowed (11). Washington State drew a school-record 7,085 fans to its home matches.
