J.T. WISE RACKS UP AWARDS The Sooners’ senior catcher led OU with a .359 batting average, 17 home runs and a .665 slugging percentage and was tied for the team lead with 62 RBIs. He dominated the award circuit after being named a consensus All-American, the winner of the Johnny Bench Award (top catcher) and the Big 12 Player of the Year. Wise led the league during the regular season with a .375 batting average.
