Snowflake | a cryptic puzzle by Emily Cox & Henry Rathvon Answers to this puzzle’s clues go in the grid along the paths indicated by their clue numbers. For example, the answers to the pair of clues labeled “1–12” start in the cell marked “1” and end in the cell marked “12”; a heavy bar separates the first and second answers. Single entries like “3–10” follow a bending path from border to border. Letters in the 12 shaded cells, reading clockwise from 1 to 36, should ultimately be filled by digging snow.
