actively in August and September 2011 and preferred it to the CMS website (figure 6.3).3 The ANSA-EAP team has been looking for a more sustainable solution, inviting CMS infomediaries to reflect on how the website could be improved. In light of their suggestions, the team decided to revamp the original website in advance of the second cycle of CMS validations.
