This handbook outlines the major sponsorships and marketing avenues available exclusively to our members. The Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS® wants to connect area businesses into a powerful network through leadership and advocacy. Membership in the Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS® presents you with a variety of ways to make new customer contacts, network with your fellow Association members and enhance your overall lead generation and selling efforts. Public recognition can not be purchased; it has to be earned. While some of the networking and leadership opportunities of WRAR are a benefit of membership, other visible methods of promoting your business are available through WRAR sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship with the Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS® is an excellent way to market your business and promote your commitment to the community. WRAR events and programs are highly publicized, and so are their sponsors. Your company’s brand name is included in collateral materials and print advertising to help you lock in this valuable public recognition. We also offer opportunities to reach out to our membership via our monthly newsletter, “Connections,” as well as weekly electronic mininewsletter, E-Connections. Educational Programs Benefits of Sponsorship:
Sponsor will be advertised in our weekly e-mail blast as the class sponsor, may speak for 5 minutes at chosen course. Marketing materials will be displayed throughout the class and your firm’s name will be displayed at the refreshment/ snack table/lunch table, as applicable.
Pre-Licenses Salesperson Course - $300/date
Sponsor a pre-license class, in which students learn the fundamentals of Real Estate to prepare to take the State of Massachusetts’ Real Estate License exam. Average class size is 20 people - Introduce them to your company before their career takes off! Platinum Sponsors receive 3 classes
New REALTOR® Member Orientation - $200/date (held 5 times per year)

WRAR Continuing Education Classes - $200/date (held monthly)
