Parking with other Wolfpack Club Members Parking in groups is an important tradition among many Wolfpack Club fans. To ensure that your group is maintained, make sure that all requests are coordinated together. Each person’s application should have the identical information, including:
The ticket numbers of each person in the group. The name that is listed on each person’s The rank for each person in the group. Any parking requests. application
In group parking, the entire group is assigned based on the person with the highest (not best) rank. Therefore, it is recommended that groups pay close attention to the Projected Rank Cutoffs when selecting groups. Remember:
Ot h er I mp or t a n t Inf o rm at io n How is parking assigned? All parking is re-assigned each year based on rank in the Wolfpack Club. If a donor has a preference for a certain space or area, it is strongly encouraged that he/she make a clear request on the application when ordering parking. Please pay close attention to the Projected Rank Cutoffs, and Priority Parking Limits when making this request. It is also encouraged that donors make more than one request, in case the first choice is not available. Please be very specific. Do not leave anything up for interpretation. If a donor would like to park in a similar location from a previous year, it is strongly encouraged that he/she make a clear request indicating any parking preferences. Note: Parking permits will not be assigned on Wolfpack Club rank without an order for season tickets. Remember:
• All parking is re-assigned. • Be sure to make a request on your application. •

More than one request is even better. Not making a request could result in a location different from a previous year.

• Each application should have the same information on it. • Group parking is assigned on the person with the highest (not best) rank. Faculty/Staff and Varsity Club Parking Faculty/Staff and Varsity Club Parking will remain in the wooded area behind the Southeast Lot. Season ticket holders who are part of these two groups will continue to receive a complimentary parking pass for this lot. This complimentary pass will be assigned on Wolfpack Club priority. In the event that this lot reaches capacity, donors will be shifted to the Trinity or TX lot based on rank in the Wolfpack Club.
Trinity, TX, and Cardinal Gibbons To increase the number of parking spaces available for donors, the Wolfpack Club may rent the Trinity, TX, and the Cardinal Gibbons Lots. These lots are considered to be “reserved” parking. This means that even though they are not numbered, only cars with the designated permits will be allowed to park in that lot. Note: If a donor’s rank is above 7,000, one can expect to park in one of these lots. Remember: • If a donor’s rank is above 7,000, one can expect to park in one of these three lots.

Motorhome Parking Motorhome parking is assigned by rank in the Wolfpack Club. The size of the motorhome may be taken into account as well. Motorhome permits will count as a donor’s priority parking pass. There are only 47 motorhome spaces. If a donor does not qualify for motorhome parking, a refund will be given. Every effort will be made to accommodate each donor with respect to the priority system and their motorhome specifications. Remember: • Motorhome parking is re-assigned every year based on rank in the Wolfpack Club. • Motorhome permits count as a donor’s priority parking pass.
E nha nce m e nt s f o r O r d er i n g F o ot b a ll Pa r k i n g The Wolfpack Club has made some enhancements to the ordering process for 2012 football parking assignments. Instead of simply ordering a parking permit, donors are encouraged to order the type of parking permit on the line item (defined below) on their application or when ordering online. Donors should still make specific requests on the back of their parking application or in the request fields online. Priority Parking Permit This is the item that most donors will order. Donors with Lifetime Seating Rights (LTRs) may order one priority parking permit for each set of one to four Lifetime Seat Right tickets they order. For example, a donor that has the rights to four LTRs may order one priority parking permit. A donor with five LTRs may order two priority permits, a donor with 12 LTRs may order three, etc. Donors at the Red and White Circle level who have less than five LTRS may order two priority parking permits. Donors who order more priority parking permits than they qualify for will automatically have their extra permits adjusted to Non-Priority Permits (see next page).

Non-Priority Parking Permit Donors who wish to order additional permits in excess of what they qualify for should order this type of permit. A Coaches Circle level donor with four LTRS that wishes to order two parking permits should order one Priority Parking Permit and one Non-Priority permit.Donors who order more priority parking permits than they qualify for will automatically have their order for their extra permits adjusted to Non-Priority Permits. Handicapped Parking Permit Donors with a state-issued handicapped-accessible license-tag or placard may order a handicapped parking permit. Handicapped-accessible spaces will fill up based on the priority system and are subject to availability. If all spaces are filled up and you ordered a handicapped-accessible parking space, you will be either assigned a special assistance permit or a Cardinal Gibbons permit. The Cardinal Gibbons Lot is the overflow handicapped lot and operates a handicapped shuttle to the north endzone, both pre-game and post-game. A limit of one handicapped-accessible or special assistance parking permit may be ordered per account. If you wish to be assigned based on your priority and best available if there is no availability remaining when your permit is assigned, please note that on your application. Special-Assistance Permit Special assistance parking permits includes about 60 spaces in the Arena 1000, Arena 6000, and the front of the Southeast lot. Donors that need special considerations (difficulty walking distances, heart conditions, etc.) may place an order for this type of parking space. These spaces will be made available to donors that request this and for donors that have a handicapped placard. A limit of one of these may be ordered per account and are subject to availability based on the Wolfpack Club priority system. If you wish to be assigned based on your priority and best available if there is no availability remaining when your permit is assigned, please note that on your application.
Vaughn Towers Parking Permit Donors with either a suite or Dail Club seats will be sent instructions under separate cover for making a parking request. These parking permits are included in the cost of their suite or Dail Club tickets and are not included in the priority limits listed above.
