Q: Why did you become a REALTOR®? A: In 1998 I was working in the construction industry for Douglas Knight and Associates. I came to a realization that I needed more of a challenge and progress to the next level and so I earned my license as a REALTOR® for that company. Q: Why did you choose Windermere? A: I joined Windermere Real Estate, along with Lana Ames, after we met with Grady Kohler and Marvin Jensen. They introduced Windermere’s advanced technologies and marketing tools to us and we’ve been with Windermere since. Now we have awesome support for any situation we encounter. Q: Why is it important for you to work with the latest technologies in Real Estate? A: in today’s world, if you don’t have the proper technologies to back you up, the ones that do will run you over. All of the education and experience can get you through but to truly thrive, there is nothing better than today’s way or doing business.

Q: What advice do you have for anyone thinking about listing or buying a home? A: Don’t be afraid to ask a REALTOR® any question. The more questions you ask–the more they answer– the better. All parties need to have the same goal, which is getting your ultimate dream taken care of. Stay positive because when this is all over with, you will not only be happy about your decision to use a real estate agent, but also you’ll want to refer them to friends for the same positive experience. Q: What is your mantra?
