Inspector Comments: This is a complaint founded at this time, Culb Rayne is overcrowded tonight by 150 people. Culb Rayne,s occupant load at this time is 125. The was dumped by fire investigator Frankie Rosettie and fire inspector Eric Ervin and TPD on 03/09/2015 at around 0230hrs in the morning. The fire marshals office will follow up with a full FCCI and owner most renew permit. Owner states that they was told that they had a outstanding bill by supervisor Tammy Mira. and that there permits will not be renewed until all outstanding bills are paid in full. Owner states that they went to the water department and paid bill and called Tammy back and was told that they would be notified by an inspector. All commercial establishments are subject to periodic fire code compliance inspections per City Code chapter 11-27. A fee is charged for the fire code compliance inspection per City Code chapter 11-47. The amount due for the inspection is listed on the bottom of your invoice.
If your inspection has deficiencies, a re-inspection is required. If you need more time or guidance to correct the deficiencies, contact your inspector before the date of re-inspection so that the inspector can work with you to bring your establishment into code compliance. If you have not corrected all of the deficiencies at the time of your re-inspection, you will be charged a fee for the reinspection. The fee will be double the original inspection fee.
