Discussion: At their regular meeting of February 20. 2013, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat. The proposed seventy-five (75) lot subdivision is outside the City of Weslaco and is located approximately 1307 feet south of Mile 11 North Road and on the east side of F.M. 1015. This subdivision will be serviced with water by North Alamo Water Supply Corporation and sewer will be provided by septic tanks. This property is within a Flood Zone “X”. Residential and commercial development is being proposed.
