Yoga, Pilates and cross country skiing

Yoga encourages relaxation, relieves stress and regenerates new energy. Pilates exercises encourage mobility of the body and spirit, prevent bad posture and help you to keep in shape. A combination of these two training methods with particularly smooth and gentle exercises for the back and joints forms the ideal basis for physical fitness, mental freshness and emotional balance. The cross country skiing out in the fresh mountain air complements the programme perfectly. Because of the individual forms of movement the seminar applies to both beginners and advanced trail skiers. Alongside the course there is sufficient free time to make use of the hotel’s winter sports and spa facilities.

Course run by: Uschi Ostermeier-Sitkowski, traditional healer and yoga teacher, author of several yoga books, cross country skiing enthusiast, lives in the Allgäu and has been leading courses in companies, adult education centres and seminar centres all over Europe for many years, as well as in the Naturhotel.
