the local area for over 20 years. Situated in Cox Avenue, Kingswood, Arty’s has between 2,000 to 3,000 unique antiques and collectable items in store at any one time. There is always something in store that will appeal to every person, no matter what tastes they have – all you have to do is have a look around. “When you step inside Arty’s it takes you back in time. There are so many items, each one is old, unusual, unique or
different,” said owner, Arty Smyth. “We stock beautiful antiques and one-of-a-kind collectables that you just can’t fi nd anywhere else.” Deep within the warehouse, you might stumble upon that unique piece of furniture that you have been looking for, you may fi nd an old suitcase, trunk, lamp or clock to give your home some character or even discover the last piece of china to complete your collection. Arty’s not only sells their special pieces,
they are always looking for something different to buy. “If you are in need of cash, bring us your old wares and if you have too much, we will come to you,” Arty said. Arty’s has sold to the movies, supplying unique wares to productions such as ‘Underbelly’, ‘Wildboys’ and ‘Wolverine’ but they want to sell to you too.
