Welcome to West Bromwich Albion Football Club’s Christmas brochure for 2012. The stadium is ideally situated in the heart of the Midlands, just a few minutes from Junction 1 of the M5, the Metro Station and with 300 free car parking spaces, we are accessible for everyone to celebrate this year’s Christmas season. With our versatile function rooms and stylish catering we provide first class service, making us the perfect choice for your Christmas party. We have a full range of Christmas Party Nights available this year to suit all tastes. Our chef, along with his highly experienced team of professionals, has put together an exciting range of seasonal menus designed to tantalise your taste buds. Should you wish to book a private party, our beautifully decorated suites can accommodate parties of up to 300 guests. Our dedicated team of professionals are experienced in tailoring any event to meet your specific requirements.

– Cancellation policy – bookings cancelled 4 weeks or more prior to the event date will result in a cancellation charge being levied of £10.00 per guest. Bookings paid for in full and cancelled after this time will result in a full cancellation fee being charged.
– Party organisers and/or company representatives shall indemnify West Bromwich Albion Football Club (“the Club”), its Directors, Officers and Employees against all charges, claims, damage, liabilities, proceedings, demands, fines, fees, costs or expenses (to include legal expenses on a solicitor and own client basis) including but not limited to, loss or goodwill, loss of profit and loss of opportunity suffered by the Club directly and indirectly as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or the negligence or wilful default of the party organisers and/or company representatives or any of their guests.
– Any guests who require vegetarian dishes or who have special dietary requirements should inform the Conference and Events Team a minimum of 10 days prior to the event.
– We reserve the right to change the room/entertainment or offer an alternative option if bookings fall below a certain number as specified by ourselves.
– Guests are reminded that smoking is not permitted on-site.
– We reserve the right to cancel any booking, due to football fixture rescheduling or any other unforeseen circumstance. In such a case, an alternative date/option will be offered.
– A deposit of £10.00 per guest (non-refundable) is required to secure your booking. – Full payment is required no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date.
– No food or drink may be brought onto the premises. Random checks will be in place on arrival. – We request that customers are smartly dressed and refrain from wearing jeans, trainers or football shirts. Any guests not adhering to this may be refused entry.
– Carriages at 12.30am. – All deposits are non-refundable.
