Specialized in the planning and designing of commercial structures within transportation, K-12, higher education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. Gathered information on the design requirements for buildings project by interacting with clients/owners to identify specifications and budgets. Generated building plans/designs using CAD, Revit, VR, visual 2D/3D rendering tools, and manual technical drawing instruments. Presented building designs to clients or management for approval.

New dual-track Catholic school three-story building with construction expected to complete by August 2021. Provided architectural and interior design services for the 520-student community school. It is the first new K-8 Catholic school in Baltimore city in more than 50 years; located across the street from the University of Maryland Baltimore and University Medical Center. National Organization for Minority Architecture Students (2017-2018)

What started as a fellowship the summer of 2012 evolved into an intership position. Tasks included office clerical work, library cataloging, model building, and note taking during client meetings. As time with the company progressed, personal responsibilities expanded to site surveying and design development on local commercial establishments in the Yale/ Greater New Haven county area.

Upgraded the HVAC system, designed a secondary power distribution system, and designed a new interior lighting system for Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport’s new Terminal BC connector and existing Concourse C.

Complete renovation and addition to Wheeler Hall, the Upper School and oldest building on the Loyola Blakefield campus dating back to the 1930’s. Upgrades to the building include window replacement, drywall demolition and reinstallation, new ceilings and lighting, “telescoping” seating in the commons hall, and general spatial and finishes improvements to all classrooms, restrooms, and library. The entire building and addition were designed with “smart classroom” technology. January 2020May 2020
