JESSICA BILLONES (Miss Scarlet): has been appearing at WOB on and off since playing the role of Muzzy Van Hossmere in the theatre’s 2008 production of Thoroughly Modern Millie. Since Millie, her WOB credits include Little Women (Marmee), Mamma Mia! (Donna), Sister Act (Mother Superior), Into the Woods (Witch), Noises Off (Belinda), The Addams Family (Morticia), Jekyll & Hyde (Lucy), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (Baroness), and a number of other Mainstage, Christmas, New Year’s and Children’s Theatre productions. Favorite local roles include Judy/Ginger in Ruthless! The Musical, June in Musical of Musicals: The Musical, Donna/Oolie in City of Angels, and Georgia in Curtains. After having worked in the theatre for over 30 years (in roles from costumer to choreographer to stage manager), Jessica made her directorial debut in 2019, staging the first regional theatre production of the new musical The Book of Merman following its New York premiere. Thanks to Justin for the promotion to “madam,” my family for their support, and God for His many blessings. DINO P. COPPA, SR. (Wadsworth): returns to the WOB stage after a long break handling murder and mayhem in WOB's interactive mysteries on the Walkersville Southern Railroad. Some of his favorite credits include Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof (WOB 2015), David O. Selznick in Moonlight & Magnolias (WATCH Award winner for Best Featured Actor), Max Bialystock in Mel Brooks’ The Producers, and Nathan Detroit in Guys & Dolls. As always, he wishes to thank his wonderful family, Amy, Pierce, Anna, Dino Jr., Angelina and his beautiful granddaughter, Zoey, for their never-ending love and support. BRIAN D. KAIDER (Prof. Plum): made his WOB debut during the 2016 Season as the squeamish, somewhat daft Freddie/Philip in Noises Off! His next stage appearance was three years later in 2019 when he joined the cast of WOB’s My Fair Lady as Colonel Pickering, followed by playing Harry Bright in Mamma Mia! that summer. Most recently, he was seen as Admiral Boom and the Bank Chairman in Disney & Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins. Other credits include Little Shop of Horrors (Seymour Krelborn) and The Butler Did It, Again (Rick Carlyle). BILL KISKA (Cop): is WOB’s Executive Producer and CEO. Since taking over the theatre in 2002, he has overseen every production, directing a majority of them, including Mamma Mia, Disney’s Beauty & the

No stranger to appearing on stage, he has played roles from Captain Von Trapp in The Sound of Music to Georges in La Cage aux Folles and Lawrence Jameson in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels to Harold in The Full Monty. TREY T. KISKA (Mr. Boddy): returns to WOB’s Mainstage after playing the bumbling, but loveable, stage manager, Trevor, in 2019’s Stage Door Christmas. Over the years, favorite on stage appearances include Jingles in The Great Elf Adventure (and its revival), the Childcatcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Dewey in Legally Blonde, Aldolpho in The Drowsy Chaperone, Sammy in The Wedding Singer, the Bellhop in Lend Me a Tenor, and the Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz. Offstage, his favorite role is still Daddy to MG and Tucker. MELISSA ANN MARTIN (Yvette): is excited to be on stage again at WOB after appearing last season in A Christmas Special Christmas Show, as Miss Andrews and Mrs. Corry in Mary Poppins and as one of the Urchins in Little Shop of Horrors. Favorite past roles include Maria in The Sound of Music, Lina Lamont in Singin’ in the Rain, and Fiona in Shrek. In 2019, Melissa also played Ethel Merman in the post OffBroadway regional theatre premiere of the new musical comedy The Book of Merman. Love and thanks to family and friends. Enjoy the show! SARAH MELINDA (Mrs. White): returns to WOB after spending another holiday season at the theatre in A Christmas Special Christmas Show and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. She is a trained Theatrical Combatant with Dueling Arts International and is an alumni of the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts in Washington, DC. PAM NEELY (Mrs. Peacock): is returning to WOB’s Mainstage for the first time since her turn as Grandma in the 2015 production of The Addams Family. That doesn’t mean she has been absent from WOB, having made many appearances in theatre’s interactive mysteries since then. Prior to her Mainstage hiatus, Pam appeared in Steel Magnolias (Truvy), The Goodbye Girl (Mrs. Crosby), The Drowsy Chaperone (Trix), and Nunsense & Nunsense 2 (Sister Hubert). Pam owns a State Farm agency in Spring Mills, Martinsburg, WV. She passes her time cooking, hanging out with her cats, Buffy & Jody, and being the Chairperson of the Martinsburg/Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. JORDAN B. STOCKSDALE (Col. Mustard): is WOB’s Artistic Director and Resident Music Director. Since assuming the position, he has music directed every production since 2010; directed Mamma Mia!, Steel Magnolias, and Nunsense A-Men!, co-directed Disney’s Beauty & the Beast; and wrote 2010’s Christmas Follies. Over the years, he has been seen by WOB audiences on stage George Banks in Mary Poppins, Rooster in Annie, Shrek in Shrek – The Musical, the Pirate King in Pirates of Penzance, Baker in Into the Woods, Gomez in The Addams Family, and Jean Valjean in Les Mis. In addition to his stage appearances at WOB, he has performed throughout the region, including playing Captain Newton in the premiere of the one-act version of Amazing Grace, under the direction of Broadway’s Gabriel Barre. JAKE THEREAULT (Mr. Green): is a recent graduate of Salisbury University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance. He made his WOB debut this past fall playing Bert in Mary Poppins, followed by a number of characters in A Christmas Special

Christmas Show including Bing Crosby and Sonny Bono. Other performance credits include Cabaret (Emcee), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Helenus), One Man, Two Guvnors (Alfi), and Peter and the Star Catcher (Mrs. Bumbrake), as well as two years as a member of the Salisbury University Dance Company. MEGAN E. WEST (Cook/Stage Manager): has worked at many theaters in the region over the last several years, including the Old Opera House and The Apollo Civic Theatre. Some of her credits include Mary Poppins (Winnifred Banks), Little Women – The Broadway Musical (Jo), My Fair Lady (Eliza Doolittle), Gilligan’s Island – The Musical (Mary Ann), Annie (Grace), Disney’s Beauty & the Beast (Mrs. Potts), Sister Act (Sister Mary Patrick), Dogfight (Rose Fenny), and Legally Blonde (Enid Hoops). When not on stage, she can be found teaching music at Winchester Avenue and Gerradstown Elementary Schools in Martinsburg, West Virginia. JUSTIN M. KISKA (Director): is a producer, director, mystery writer, and one of Way Off Broadway’s owners. Over the years he has directed productions of Ken Ludwig’s Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery, Little Women – The Broadway Musical, Little Shop of Horrors, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Noises Off!, The Addams Family, Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None, Dolly Parton's 9 to 5: The Musical, Jekyll & Hyde - The Musical, The Drowsy Chaperone, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Mel Brooks' The Producers, Grease, and Steel Magnolias. In addition to his position as the theatre’s Managing Director, Justin is the creator and Executive Producer of Marquee Mysteries, a growing series of interactive murder mystery events presented throughout the year at Way Off Broadway, Nora Roberts’ Inn BoonsBoro, and on the Walkersville Southern Railroad. WAY OFF BROADWAY (Producer): The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre, under the direction of the Kiska family since 2002, is now in its 27th Season of producing live theatre. Since it first opened in 1995, the theatre has been a leader in the area’s theatre community, proudly bringing both classic musicals, as well as regional and area premieres to the Frederick stage.
