The breakfast of brewed coffee with kaya butter toast and half-boiled eggs with soya sauce was a development of the original British breakfast.

This Chinese dish has combined with the Malay’s sambal chili for the chili-lovers. Final garnishing is added by a sprinkle of chopped spring onion and fresh coriander leaves.

Heat pan. Quickly ADD and CUT carrot cake into small pieces with frying ladle.

FRY CARROT golden CAKE tillbrown.

Push carrot cake aside and leave a hole at middle.

ADD PRESERVED RADISH, GARLIC & CHILLI SAUCE. Fry everything & mix well.

Mix everything well.

SLOWLY POUR BEATEN EGG OVER CARROT Fry till golden CAKE brown.

BLACK OR WHITE Add SWEET SAUCE to serve as black carrot cake.

Add LIGHT SOYA SAUCE to serve as white carrot cake.

Serve it with chopped coriander leaves or pepper if desired.
