Edmonton’s fall new home buying season ended in a flurry that saw several showhomes and communities open to the public, but even with the Holidays fast approaching there still seems to be a lot of activity in the market. Coventry Homes’ beautiful Bianca showhome graces the cover this month, and is a perfect example of the new home opportunities opening up in the city. This issue brings us to that time of the year again, where we look back at the accomplishments of the past year and look eagerly towards what’s ahead in 2024. We attempt to take all this into account in our Outlook 2024, where we talk with industry leaders on what they see as the challenges going forward and how the builders, developers and buyers themselves can surmount them. We further assess the quick possession home situation in Edmonton as we talk to a few more builders on how they were able to cope through the year and the advantages they bring, especially to the homebuyer operating on a limited timeline. We also take a look at St. Albert in our monthly Explore series and find the numerous new opportunities available in this city just north of Edmonton. THE CHARMING VERSATILITY OF THE
