H Phoenixville HS 2010 PROSPECTS Part of a four-player rotation at defensive tackle in 2009, Lohr is expected to start this season in place of rehabbing Adam Smotherman, who hopes to return early in the season. Lohr is a high-energy, determined interior player who plenty of potential. 2009 Played every game as part of four-player rotation at defensive tackle along with Greg Billinger, Adam Smotherman and T.J. Greenstone... Showed excellent intensity in first year... Finished year with 14 total tackles, including five solo stops, a tackle for loss and quarterback hurry... Season high in tackles (3) and lone tackle for loss came against Georgia. 2008 Like fellow freshman DT candidate Colt Nichter, Lohr stayed on depth chart for much of year, yet did not see action... Showed ability to become a contributor at DT after redshirt campaign. HIGH SCHOOL Senior captain... Three-year starter at TE and DE... Team MVP as senior, helping Phantoms to AAA state playoffs...

A blocking specialist, Lovell hopes to impress coaches for a gameday role on special teams. 2009 Did not see action as second-year walk-on, but continued valuable role as scout-team running back. 2008 Lovell did not see action during first year as a walk-on... He worked as a scout offensive back, earning top scout honors after Duke game... HIGH SCHOOL Two-year starter at FB; four-year letterwinner for 2A power that lost in state finals during junior and senior seasons... Two-time All-Region... Standout outfielder in baseball, helping team to state title as senior. ACADEMICS Lovell is working toward a degree in Human and Organizational Development. PERSONAL Reece Edward Lovell... R-Fr. H Defensive Back H 5-10, 185 Huber Heights, Ohio HWayne HS 2010 PROSPECTS Marshall's progress should be interesting to watch in preseason camp. He showed plenty of potential during a redshirt freshman campaign and the recent spring drills, primarily working at nickel back. He should also see action on Commodore special teams. 2009 Contributed as scout team defensive back while redshirting during first year on campus... Showed excellent speed and solid potential as nickel back on the practice field. HIGH SCHOOL Voted as postseason senior captain by teammates... Two-year starter at defensive back for large Dayton-area school... As senior, earned All-Southwest Ohio Conference and Greater Miami Valley Area honors after contributing 128 tackles and three forced fumbles for 8-4 Warrior squad that advanced to second round of Division 1 state playoffs. 2010 PROSPECTS With Greg Billinger departed and Adam Smotherman uncertain early in the year due to knee rehabilitation, Loftley awaits an opportunity for playing time this season at defensive tackle. He has spent nearly two full years gaining enough strength to withstand the rigors of an SEC season. 2009 Did not see action in second year on campus... Participated as practice squad defensive tackle... Has added 20 pounds through weight room efforts in last year. 2008 Redshirted as a true freshman, and looks to impress coaches during practice as candidate at defensive tackle. HIGH SCHOOL Named permanent captain after season... Started at DE and TE... Three-year DL starter... Earned four varsity letters... Team went 12-2 in 2007, most wins in school history, and advanced to AAA semifinals... As senior, contributed 45 tackles and four QB sacks... Two-time All-Area... Named Pioneer Conference Defensive Player of the Year, and All-Southeastern Pennyslvania team by Philadelphia Inquirer... Contributed 65 tackles and 15 QB sacks as senior DE... Playing TE, hauled in 26 catches for 609 yards and five TDs... Nominated to play in Pennyslvania East-West Game... Won conference title in javelin throw...
