Bones for Life® Chairs: A 5-Day Workshop on The Movement Intelligence of Posture & Bone Strength San Francisco, CA- Do you sit in front of a computer screen focusing your attention for hours at a time in order to effectively process information, make decisions and contribute at work? Does inner tension build throughout the day as you strive for perfection in your Ruthy Alon, Senior Trainer of the Feldenkrais work and interpersonal relations? Utilizing the chair as a platform, Method® of Somatic Education and creator of Bones for Life® Ruthy Alon-founder of Bones for Life®, will be traveling from her native Israel to teach a 5-day workshop in weight bearing alignment that promotes both bone strength and posture while sitting. The program will be held at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco located at 3200 California Street October 7-11. Learn the nature of your skeletal structure and its harmonious relational quality, while reclaiming what may be foreign to your sense of striving; the pleasure of doing. The Bones for Life® Chairs program shifts sitting in chairs from being degenerative into a dynamic window of opportunity.
