An Act Above present ‘Stalkers’ and ‘Dragons’ Stilt company An Act Above present two contrasting walkabouts. The Stalkers move with slow, sensuous, sculptural power whereas the Dragons are full of energy and lizard-like movements. In either guise they love to interact with the public.

Cloud Nine & Avanti Display present ‘Leak’ Some locals have experienced bizarre happenings – water spurting out of television sets and iPods, music coming out of taps and flashes of newsreaders in the bathroom steam. A company is brought in to investigate. The team arrives and sets up; it’s not long before the spray begins to fly.

Cloud Nine present ‘An Excess of Overcoats’ In a series of comic sketches, meet the man wearing an infinite number of overcoats, the non-stop bawling baby, the thief who turns into a wardrobe, the world's greatest love story (told in five minutes) and discover the best antidote to suicide.

Highly Sprung present ‘Urban Astronaut’ Urban Astronaut provides a glimpse of a future that might be… where problems surrounding air pollution have grown to crisis point. Is there any way back? The answer is found in an encounter with a young girl who provides the one thing the astronaut has lost … hope.

Whalley Range All Stars present ‘Ye Gods’ Three figures of fate tower over a model town and gradually bring the place to life with a witty use of objects and a vivid soundtrack. Not content with that, they create a miniature apocalypse via a set of weather effects on wheels which brings the town to its knees. 12
