VILLA DESCRIPTION VILLA I955 IN MAGLIANO SABINA, LAZIO, ITALY Splendid 19th-century villa, situated amidst the gentle hills in a panoramic position on the LazioUmbria border. The villa, which is part of a large property where olive-tree groves and vineyards grow, is spread out over three floors and has a convenient lift as well as internal stairs connecting the floors. In the back of the villa is the living-room and dining-room which open up to a large panoramic terrace with pergola, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. which slopes down to the swimming pool of 7x14 m, of exclusive use of the guests (1.2-3 m deep). The pool area is nicely bordered by a large area covered with Tuscan terracotta and equipped with lounge chairs and sun-umbrellas. There is also a small kitchen, an outdoor barbecue area with table and chairs and two changing rooms each with bathroom and shower. Inside the property and outside the fence of the villa, there is a tennis court and a five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and shared with the guests of the 3 other villas located in the area and part of the same complex (tennis rackets and balls will be supplied on premises). The four villas offer the possibility of accommodating groups of more than 40 people.
