distinguished WWII veteran, Don Foulkes, who will share his harrowing and magnificent memories of being shot down from

a B-24 over Vienna. Also, to honor Flag Day which is June 14, FRWF will hear John Gambrell, a student, read a rendition of Red Skelton’s “Pledge

of Allegiance.” The Boy Scouts Color Guard will be there to display the colors in traditional fashion. The meeting will be held Friday,

June 13, 9:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Golf Club. The cost is $15 for brunch and meeting. RSVP to FallbrookRWF@gmail.com.

Courier service offers seniors rides to doctor appointments FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Hospital Courier Service drives patients to doctor, dentist, hospital, and physical therapy appointments. The drivers are volunteers who

pick up patients at their homes for their appointments. There is also a wheelchair accessible van for those who need it. Anyone who would like to

volunteer to be a driver for the Courier Service can call Marilyn Qualls at (760) 723-1019 or at (760) 599-3397 and leave a message.
