The project is the second phase of dwellings built by Shropshire Housing Group in Minsterley, providing homes with outstanding views of the surrounding countryside. COMPLETION DATE: July 2012 Our new home is eco friendly, very spacious and in an ideal location. I am very satisfied with the property.

low cost hot water. T wo of the properties have rainwater harvesting systems. The water is collected from the gutters and stored in an underground tank to be used for toilet flushing and washing machines. The development has a storm water balancing pond which collects surface water before discharging it at a controlled rate into the local watercourse network. Shropshire Homes are very pleased to be working with South Shropshire Housing Association on the final phase of the development in Minsterley. This follows the completion of a successful phase in 2011 and represents the completion of the Park Meadow development which we first started in 1991.
