Father Roberge, the present Superior General, has met with marve lous exec utive ability many grave prob lems g rowing out of the condition in Spain where many hous es of th e C lerics of St. Viator are located. Under the oppressive burden of these world wide problems he fee ls the weight of his three scor e and ten years. The str ain of ctirecting a religiou s com munity under s uch circum stances has under· mined his health to such an extent that he c alls for a younger man to s ucceed him.
