In our teamwear we provide both a men and women’s line. It is for both clothing lines perfectly possible to obtain a personalized and uniform design. To achieve an optimum performance, we always persue a perfect and ergonomic fit. Compared to menswear, the women’s shirts are slightly shorter and centered, adjusted to the anatomy of the woman’s body. In onze teamwear voorzien wij zowel een heren- als een dameslijn. Het is perfect mogelijk om beide kledinglijnen in een gepersonaliseerd en uniform design te verkrijgen. Om optimale prestaties te kunnen leveren, wordt er steeds een perfecte fit en ergonomie nagestreefd. In vergelijking met de heren zijn de damesshirts iets korter en gecentreerd, naar anatomie van het vrouwelijk lichaam. Dans notre teamwear nous vous proposons une collection hommes et une collection femmes. Il est aussi possible pour ces deux collections d’obtenir un dessin personalisé et uniforme. Pour obtenir une performance optimale, nous aspirons toujours un ajustement parfait et ergonomique. Comparé avec les hommes, les maillots de femmes sont un peu plus courts et cintrés.

CLE AN CLOT HING PRODUCTION: EUROPE Vermarc Sport has a 29-year-old collaboration with a supplier in Italy. This Italian production house started a new production department in Bosnia-Herzegovina last year. Today 80 % of the cycling clothing is produced in Italy, 10 % in Bosnia-Herzegovina and 10 % in a Belgian company. Because of the long-term relation with direct suppliers, effective and sustainable improvements of the labor conditions are assured. By keeping the production in Europe, and not in Asia, the transport pollution is reduced.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY “We will develop the world’s best cycling wear!” The expression of founder Frans Verbeeck still counts today. But there is more to the word “best” than it seems. Not only the quality of the clothing is important but also the impact on the society matters. Vermarc Sport is a Belgian company that takes its responsibility to produce cycling clothing in an ethical responsible environment with a minimal impact on the planet. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) consists out of three principles: Profit, People and Planet. These three elements are strongly connected. Below is a brief explanation of how Vermarc Sport applies the CSR-policy in their organization.

LIVING WAGE Vermarc Sport takes its responsibility to produce the cycling garment in fair labor conditions. AVERAGE LEAD TIME: 8 WEEKS Unlike other companies that put more and more pressure on their suppliers to deliver the clothing very fast, Vermarc Sport respects an average lead time of 8 weeks. In this way the workload decreases and the quality is guaranteed.

CODE OF CONDUCT The Italian production house closely follows a code of conduct based on the fundamental ILO-values (ILO = International Labor Organization). The code of conduct is placed in different areas in the factory. Below is a brief summary of this code of conduct: • • • • • • •

Voluntary employment; No discrimination based on gender or religion; Freedom of rights. CAO (Collective Labor Agreement) is respected; Punctual salary payments. Right to legal vacation; Legal minimum wage is respected; Work time and working overtime is respected; Work is delivered on an average basis to ensure job security; Safe working environment, sanitary facilities; Minimal impact on the climate.

Price quotation by the Be Creative tool or by email for a completely unique design. We will contact you and give you all the necessary information. Once we have your guidelines and logos, our designers can start. The average design time is 3 weeks. In the meantime you can fit the clothing. This can be requested by requesting a fitting set. The fitting set will be sent or can be collected*. Your representative collects all the sizes and delivers us an overview. We set up an order and email you the design. After approval of both, the order and the design, production starts. The lead time is 8 up to 10 weeks. We will contact you again when your order is finished. You are ready to sport now in a unique outfit!

Eens wij de logo’s en de richtlijnen van jou hebben, kunnen onze ontwerpers van start gaan. De gemiddelde ontwerptijd bedraagt een drietal werkweken. In de tussentijd kan je de gewenste kledij passen. Dit kan door een passet aan te vragen. De passet wordt opgestuurd of kan worden afgehaald*. De clubverantwoordelijke verzamelt de maten en bezorgt ons een overzicht. Wij stellen een bestelorder op en sturen het ontwerp door. Na de goedkeuring van beide wordt er met de productie gestart. De productietijd bedraagt een acht- à tiental werkweken. Wij geven een seintje dat de bestelling kan worden opgehaald of sturen deze op. Klaar om te sporten in een exclusieve outfit!

It is best to wash the clothes directly after your work-out. The perspiration moisture can affect the clothing, causing the fabric to become damaged, thinner and less elastic. Also dried dirt makes it difficult to get your outfit clean. If immediate washing is not possible, put the clothing to soak. Preferably use liquid and no chlorine-containing detergents. Do not use fabric softener, this will damage the fabric and breaks down the water repellent and elastic features. Wash the clothes inside-out, make sure all pockets are empty.

If laundry is washed in the washing machine, always follow the laundry instructions mentioned inside the clothes. Never exceed the specified maximum temperature of 30 degrees. At higher temperatures, the elasticity and the zippers get damaged.

We advise you to use hand wash when you wash your outfit for the first time. Use cold water with a liquid detergent to prevent any colour blending. Afterwards the clothes can be washed in lukewarm water.

Always wash the clothes separately in the washing machine. Close the zippers and velcro (wash preferably without velcro) to prevent damage. Hang the clothes wet and allow to dry in a darker place to avoid discolouration. Never dry the clothes in the dryer. The elastic materials are not resistant to this and the clothing will soon lose its shape.
