8.30: Official welcoming ceremony at school with official politicians, local TV and local newspaper. Presentation of the project and of every school(power-point or video presentation).. 10.00: Coffee break 10.35: Work on the project (in two groups : student (make a name of the mascot and working on) , teachers (organising the other meeting) 12.30: Lunch at school (canteen) 14.00: Work on the project (make a introduction of the topic and about why the mascot travel) 17.00: Pupils go with their partners to the host families. Free time for teachers. 19.00: teachers : dinner (restaurant in La Bourboule)
