Joxel Garcia, MD, MBA Dr. Garcia currently serves as the inaugural executive director of the Cancer Prevention and Control Platform for The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Moon Shots Program. He is a former U.S. Public Health Service four-star Admiral and U.S. Representative to the World Health Organization.
